Thank you Marife!

My partner and I came into the store in Warrington and had excellent service from Marife. She was very helpful and friendly, and she recommended a new mattress and pillows which we bought. It was a great recommendation as they have been amazing so far!

Therapur

We came to the store looking for a new mattress and pillows. Marife was lovely and took the time to understand our needs and recommended the Therapur range. The cooling technology has made a real difference in our sleep, especially during the recent hot weather. We are very pleased with our purchase and the excellent customer service we received. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful I was able to try all the beds recommended to me and even had a free coffee nice touch

The staff were extremely helpful I tried the bed movement and was given a list of the beds suitable for side sleepers like me I previously had problems with my hips but am glad to say that 3weeks of sleeping in my new bed I have had no problems so far. The store staff and the delivery staff were extremely helpful good thank you.

Initially I spoke to Kieran who assured me that the chosen mattress was very suitable for a child . He was kind enough to order it for me and gave me a surprise discount which I was grateful for. The delivery process went very smoothly. The mattress has not yet been used but I did test out the firmness and so far very content.

From order to delivery

From order to delivery, everything went smoothly. Great communication and excellent service from Peter and Steve who did the delivery, constructed the bed and removed our old mattress and base.

Excellent company from beginning to…

Excellent company from beginning to end.No pushy storeroom staff let me brose until I needed them.Excellent customer service as I had to push back delivery 3times it just was not a problem for any of the staff that answered my call.Installers were so polite and a brilliant job done.only thing I would give advice on is the boxes were quite dirty and made a little mess on my stair carpet so cover them up if you have light carpets.

It was sometime in 2024 that I took a…

It was sometime in 2024 that I took a chance after numerous attempts at getting a mattress that could stand the test of time and last just a year without causing waist pain.

I and my wife came to dreams Warrington and after the initial procedures we ended up going for the top of the range Kings mattress that went for £1500+.

We even added insurance onto it.

We noticed there was a problem from the first night after delivery of the mattress .After several calls a man was sent to test the mattress and gave his feedback to the company.

I followed up but was not given any meaningful answers.

I have since packed the mattress in my garage since last year and bought another mattress from elsewhere.

Overall,
Poor customer care
Waste of resources
Regretted buying the back breaker from Dreams
Wish nobody goes to patronise them to avoid my experience.

Refused to give me a refund, and lied to us.

I am a laid back, understanding person when it comes to goods and services. So please understand when I say I have never dealt with a more incompetent, greedy and nefarious company than Dreams Warrington, I don’t say so lightly.

I purchased a king size mattress from Dreams in November 2025, and it was the worst purchase decision I have ever made. Dreams sent me and my partner a faulty mattress. The Mattress they sent sagged heavily in the middle and caused me back pain every night as I struggled to sleep.

When I told my local store this was the case, they said the only thing they could do was a comfort exchange. This is effectively Dreams’ way of dodging responsibility and a refund.

They will try and trip their own loyal customers by convincing them to pay to swap a mattress, rather than follow the consumer rights act, and insist this is final, and all they can do. After voicing our mattress was faulty and their own staff on delivery telling us our mattress was faulty; and that they would report this to their store manager, they of course never did. And our second mattress was also faulty!

After voicing our complaints, Dreams have ignored me and my partners calls, took 2 weeks to reply to our emails after promising to get back to us in 2 days, and ultimately tried to sweep this situation under the rug. After the citizen advice bureau also told us were are entitled to a full refund, they have still yet to do so. I even had a Dreams member of staff who works in customer complaints admit to me over the phone that they don’t even know what the consumer rights act is.

Dreams will most likely reply to this review with a robot that will claim they will try and resolve the situation. They won’t. I will never see that money again, and if you’ve got to this part of the review, count yourself lucky as you now know for certainty to never, ever purchase from Dreams: A misleading, poor and lying excuse for a retailer, who would rather dodge their own customers in pain, without a good place to sleep for months than take responsibility.

Happy with bed

Happy with bed really comfortable. Faye from customer service was brilliant. She resolved the issue with recycling mums old mattress. We are happy customer will recommend to friends and family

People Matter to The Staff at Dreams, Warrington

From the moment we entered the Dreams Shop in Warrington we experienced the warmest of welcomes from the staff. While there was no hard sell for any particular product, all of our questions were answered and lots of suggestions made to ensure we found the best mattress for us.
