We had such a great experience at Dreams, and Chris was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we needed without ever making us feel pressured. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. His customer service was genuinely outstanding and he is a real credit to Dreams.

What a legend Chris is!
What a legend Chris is!! Talked us through the whole process of finding our best mattress. He was so easy to talk to and made us both relaxed throughout the process. We found our suited mattress, which was already discounted, and managed to discount this further for us. Explained the finance process perfectly and even added on some pillows. Most knowledgable man, hope everything goes well for him!

Great service
Great experience we haven’t had a new mattress in a long time! The service was excellent with great advice and no high pressure sales. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish to finish. We tried a number of different mattresses Sean was helpful throughout. I hope the mattresses turn out to be perfect. My only niggle is that the delivery time is quite lengthy at about a 5-6 week wait so I can’t comment on that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Service and a Really Relaxing Experience.
I had such a lovely experience choosing my new mattress. The sales adviser 'Chris' was extremely knowledgeable and, importantly, never rushed me or made me feel pressured into making a decision.
He encouraged me to try lots of different mattresses and explained the process really well. They have a clever system where you lie on a mattress for around five minutes while it moulds to your body, and the computer then recommends mattresses based on your individual body shape and needs. I was then able to try the recommended mattresses, which was incredibly helpful and gave me much more confidence in my choice. I ended up buying one of the recommended mattresses, along with a very good-quality pillow.
Although it was quite an expensive purchase, I felt that I was genuinely being helped to find the right mattress rather than simply being sold one.
The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable, and the service was exceptional. The adviser even made a cup of tea for both my mum and me, which was such a lovely personal touch. My mum enjoyed the experience so much that she bought a pillow too!
From start to finish, we felt very well looked after. Excellent knowledge, no pressure, great customer service and such a welcoming atmosphere.
Thank you for making what could have been a stressful and expensive purchase such a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Truly 5-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
