Really helpful staff in the Wimbledon store and awesome delivery team who tackled the loft stairs and put the bed together - super happy with our new bed and mattress

The guys at Putney who sold us the bed were amazing , no hard sell and extremely knowledgeable about beds that met our requirements . The people who installed the bed were also fantastic.

Total purchase process and delivery /install was perfect we are extremely satisfied customers .

From my first visit to when I made my purchase the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. They took time to show me different mattresses and even pillows and then sent me my top choices via email for me to consider.. around a week or so later I got an email telling me about a significant discount on my top choices. I immediately went back and made my purchase. Again the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful

The mattress is amazing I would definetly recommend if you suffer with body pain

The store manager met us on our first visit and immediately my partner and I warmed to him. Unlike other stores we had visited that day with jump on you sales people he was just warm and welcoming. He offered us coffee and the electronic bed scanning. The scanner suggested other types of mattress, but the manager seemed to know we already wanted to take a good look at the Tempur range. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure to offer us a selection of pillow choices when we were testing the Tempur mattresses. When we wanted to discuss options between ourselves he left us alone and then magically re-appeared just at the right times to offer technical assistance. We extensively tested the comfort from Firm, Medium and Soft and spent an hour doing this. But then it is a large commitment considering the cost of these high end mattresses. Unfortunately our car park ticket was running out so we said we would return the next day. The manager arranged for us to park behind the store on our return and together with his colleague put together a cracking offer for us on the Tempur mattress of our choice. Both the manager and his friendly colleague are a real credit to Dreams Wimbledon branch and made our purchase a pleasure.

We are very happy with Tenby bed choice. Wimbledon branch sales assistants were great, they were guided well and answered all our questions with patience and a smile. A five-star experience from start to finish!

I had a really good experience with Dreams. The Sleepmatch identified the mattresses most suitable for me, the salesman was professional and knowledgeable, and I soon chose the mattress and divan base I wanted. It was delivered within two weeks. The delivery was on time and the assembly of my new bed and removal of the old bed went smoothly.
I am delighted with the bed. It is comfortable and I am sleeping well.

Excellent seller on purchase day

Bad assistant over the phone when requested a bad interpretation on assembling bed.

Really helpful and friendly sales person in the shop. Divan and mattress were delivered on time by two friendly and efficient drivers. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely recommend Dreams.

Everything from start to finish has been amazing. Everyone at the store was very attentive and made the process very simple and easy for me to narrow down my choices. Then we efficiently did some paperwork and less than two weeks later my mattress arrived! The whole process took less than 40 minutes. The delivery was very smooth, drivers came on time with all the right gear (including their shoe covers) and were incredibly friendly! They (Gareth and another guy I didn't catch his name) were really sweet with my 2 year old who was very excited about the whole situation. PS. especially if you get a tempur, I highly HIGHLY recommend paying the £35 pound extra to have it delivered to your bedroom. There is no way we could've gotten it up the stairs ourselves--way heavier than expected.
