Brilliant service and aftercare from John in the cardiff branch. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Nothing is too much trouble. We are really pleased with our hot tub.

Laura was awesome, helped me choose the best spa, and always helped with Tech support etc.

Fully recommend Dream Spas, I had 2 technicians come out (and stay until 9pm!) to get my hot tub working after a fault. Would fully recommend their Spas and their service!

Our tub was delivered a week ago. From our first visit to the Cardiff store the service has been 100%
There was no pressure, everything was very well explained. Delivery was quicker than anticipated and again, nothing was too much trouble even with our million questions since. Would highly recommend!

When ordering my hot tub from dreamspas in Swansea, We dealt with Dave, he Gave good knowledge and information on the products
After a little wait Phil and dave then came to install the hot tub, provided a fantastic service and talked us through every detail thoroughly. Would highly recommend

Went to look at hot tubs on a rainy afternoon and were pleased we found Dreamspas. We were greeted by lovely staff - especially John with no pressure to buy. We returned another day and did purchase the Mars hot tub which is perfect for us. The help we were given after installation when we unsure of a few things was amazing. Great service and advice given by David and his team at Dreamspas Swansea. I recommend to anyone looking at buying a Hot Tub to get yourself down there and see for yourself rather than spending hours looking on the internet and not knowing what you are going to buy.

Good service and knowledge in the shop, with a good level of technical support and advice. Time between ordering and delivery was about 5 months, which was comparable with other companies. The 'in-house' electrician for pre-delivery work did a fine job, and ensured that we had a 40amp supply, although I am still awaiting the electrical certificate. Delivery day was good, the team got the spa over our low wall and into the garden and onto the decking without drama, and then filled and checked the spa professionally. So far, (two weeks after delivery) so good. The spa is great and despite my not being terribly interested in the music functions, having some relaxing instrumental music (via your phone and bluetooth) is lovely. All in all, content.

Excellent service from the whole team. We tried out the spas in the showroom to find the perfect spa for us. After a wait due to supply issues, the fitting and installation went really smoothly. Thank you.

From the initial advice on what type of hot tub was suitable, the ordering process, delivery and installation , Dreamspas, Cardiff have been excellent.
Laura in particular could not do enough to help. The hot tub has been one of my best buys!
