Called into Dream Spas Swansea after a recommendation by a friend. We were welcomed by David who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We were given the full run down of all the spas on sale and with the help of David made our final choice on the Wellis Palmero spa.

I went into the Bristol branch to buy my fist hot tub and they were very understanding and knew all the answers to my questions. Excellent service.

Stan was really helpful explained everything and answered our many questions. The most helpful sales person of all the different spa showrooms we visited. The delivery was quick and easy and the installation team explained everything. Really really happy. Thank you

From the minute we walked into the show room to when the installation team left with our hot tub we cannot fault all of the Dream Spa Team - all very knowledgeable in their own department and no hard sell. Thought the try before you buy was an excellent way to find the hot tub that suits you! The guys who installed the hot tub were so helpful

We were met by Stephanie Thomas in Swansea on our first visit to “Dreamspas”. She was awesome, answering all our many questions and taking time to show and explain all the ranges in stock. After that first visit we finally decided to go for the Palermo model. On our return we met David Hopkins who again was very helpful and informative. Learnt so much about Hot Tubs on both visits, all very interesting. Looking forward to the installation next!!

We would like to give a huge shoutout to Laura in the Cardiff branch who went above and beyond to help us find our dream hot tub. Laura was very confident, knowledgable and informative and she also made us feel very welcome.

It looks as though it’s going to be a bit of an obstacle course to get our hot tub in the location we want in the garden, but Laura has reassured us that there are multiple ways of doing this and someone in the operations team will do a home visit so that we can get it in in the easiest way possible.

John who is Laura’s colleague was also friendly and approachable during our visits at the showroom. He made our niece feel very special and happy, thank you for entertaining her John!

From start to finish, the whole process of purchasing our hot tub was a walk in the park. We also dropped into the new Blue Whale Spa branch in Cardiff and there is no comparison between the two companies. We are so glad we chose Dreamspas!

We had great service in the shop by Jeff and right through to the instalment of our hot Tub.
Charlie and Mitch where very good from letting us know when they were arriving and too the end of the fitting.
Explained everything on how to work everything and to even call if we had any problems at any time .

We had a fault develop on our Hot tub, so Dreamspas had an engineer call and his name was Ashley Richards. As soon as he arrived he realised it would be a 3 man job in order to move the hot tub so he could work on it, this would have mean't rebooking the appointment to a later date and we wouldn't have been able to use it at all. Ashley wasn't happy with this outcome so had a think about how we could overcome these obstacles, he come up with a solution and I am pleased to say it worked and he was able to find and fix the fault. I was impressed with his attitude, the weather was awful but still kept at it in torrential rain.

Ordered my hot Rubin April through John in Cardiff,who went through the procedure,with clarity and a professional manner explaining all I needed to know about purchase and length of Tmer it would take, installation team very professional and installed injuly very happy eith the overall e xperience

Fantastic service from Laura @ dreamspas Cardiff very helpful as we're based in Kent Laura sent videos & answered all our questions we were told when we purchased our hpttub in March this would be delivered in July and today this was installed by Charleigh & Mitch great update by text when they left Cardiff and arrived with us just before 10am today nothing was any trouble great installation would highly recommend the Dreamspas Cardiff team thank you very happy customers The Brown's from Kent
