I would like to give this product more…

I would like to give this product more stars. However, it did not work straight out of the box. It is amazing to me that a company that charges $500.00 for a headband niche device does not properly test the device before sending it to the consumer. I am very disappointed with this experience. Dave Asprey recommended this device. To add insult to injury, DREEM will not even pay to return this device even though it is defective. I expected more. Plus, they claim to be supportive once the device has been purchased. No one ever contacted me to try to determine what is wrong with the device. To me that is just zero customer service. Now I will have to pack it up send it back and wait until I get a refund. Yes my funds will be held up while this questionable company provides a refund. There is also no phone number to contact anyone. They only have a BOT chat. Seriously, stay away.

I had an amazing first 3 months with…

I had an amazing first 3 months with Dreem with improved deep sleep and regular deep sleep between 45mns and 1h30...then since this summer, deep sleep is down to 5 to 40mns with stimulations regularly between 0 and 10. Strange to wake up fresh with 5 mn deep sleep and 0 stimulation.
Dreem is unable to let me know what is happening only that it is normal...which cant be. Not sure 1/ i would survive with 5 mn deep sleep and then 2/ what is the point of Dreem to have number of stimulations close to 0.....

Deep sleep can vary from one night to another and from one individual to another and there are people with absolutely no deep sleep that manage to live their life. Deep sleep is particularly important at the beginning of your sleep and is also linked to the amount of sleep you have. If you sleep less or have a long wake period at the beginning of your night, it can explain the low amount of deep sleep. May we suggest that you follow behavioral programs like "sleep restructuring program" to find the proper bedtime hour and consolidate the beginning of your sleep, thus enhancing deep sleep quantity. There are some issues with the headband.

The headband seems to have some loose parts. The velcro pad on the arch is coming loose at one end, and the lining between the speakers and the eeg sensors also has come loose. Also, the arch flops around a little when I roll over in bed.

FUTURE UPDATES

Very good sleep aid. I freaking love it. Maybe for future app update, we could find a way to sink bluetooth earphones to dreem so i don't need to use wired earphones when listening to voices. Also syncing dreem with Lifx or philips so my light lights up when it knows im about to wake up within the alarm period woud be a smart idea. :)

Great way to monitor your sleeping; much more reliable than any other sleep tracker I have tried (Fitbit, Oura). The sounds are also very handy; I love using the smart alarm, which wakes you up at the best possible moment within a certain time interval

Relatively easy to use

Relatively easy to use. Useful for seeing my day to day rem and non-rem sleep.

Unfortunately I didn't realize you guys did away with the acoustic sleep spindle stimulation with the latest model. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to include that. That was (mistakenly) part of why I bought the unit.

Unit keeps wanting to "pair" with headset over and over again when I'm trying to use the app.

I would like to see some more in depth data like I saw on the initial assessment, rather than just the comparisons to previous weeks. I want to understand my sleep architecture better, not just see sleep reports day after day. What is my cycle length? What is the best time for me to go to sleep and wake up, and the best overall sleep window?

Why no brainwave monitoring during a nap? Why wouldn't that be a feature? I want to know what sleep cycles I hit during a nap.

Comfortable enough to use regularly

Comfortable enough to use regularly.
Lacks an access via PC, shouldn't be only by APP. The data it provides could be improved (for instances, by giving us the total amount, in minutes, of sleep in each phase (Rem, deep, light and awake)), and also the hour and duration of each time the headband added help (for example, white or pink noise) along the night in order to try to improve ones sleeping quality.
I haven't found yet a way for it to improve my sleeping and to help me dealing with the insomnia I cronicaly have.

Better sleep, faster

I used to take 40 minutes to fall asleep. Now I typically fall asleep in 10. I also don’t have to sleep as much on the weekends. It’s not the first device I’ve gotten to try to improve my sleep but it may be the most effective.

Oozes With Quality and Delivers Results - A MUST HAVE

Dreem has proven absolutely essential in my quest to understand and navigate sleep issues. I've been wearing the Dreem headband in conjunction with a full-face CPAP, mouthguard, chin strap, cervical collar, and Pulse Oximeter for over 30 days now to effectively have my own nightly sleep lab. (Yes, my sleep is WAY messed up after decades of undiagnosed severe sleep apnea and chronic sleep maintenance insomnia.) This product absolutely oozes with quality and provides deep guidance, encouragement, and most of all RESULTS. If you take your sleep seriously (and you should!) you're missing a vital piece of the puzzle if you don't have Dreem.
