James was amazing from ordering the car for my son to collecting. James took his time going through options and let him test drive. Once ordered he kept us updated on collection date. When we collected again James took time to set the App up with my son and show him the functions etc. Highly recommend James 👌

My dialogue with Mark Lowry over the last year went well. However the car arrived about 6 to 8 months late and the communication between Audi and the dealer/me was non-existent. This seems to me to demonstrate incompetence by Audi central and needs rectifying?

I came along to the Audi garage with my best friends and bought a car!
I came along to the Audi garage with two friends and we were straight away welcomed to have a look in the showroom at a new Audi A1. Everyone on reception was very polite and helpful and what amased me with the receptionist when I returned to pick up my car was the lady on reception remembered my name. And greeted me straight away with Good afternoon June let me call Naomi for you. Very impressive.
Then we met Naomi who was so welcoming and not pushy at all. She put me completely at ease nothing was too much trouble and Naomi made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was very patient with me and explained everything so well she is a credit to your company. I was not rushed in anyway she was so knowledgeable and very calm.
Her professionalism and her whole attitude makes her an amazing sales lady and one you should be proud of.
Stuart was also very helpful and between them both but mainly Naomi who was dealing us they both made the experience one I will not forget. I would highly recommend Audi in Walton to everyone looking to buy a car. The experience was one that made purchasing my car so enjoyable. A lovely lady.
