I have no complaints at all with Drinksupermafket.com however the delivery driver from Yodel was rude and threatened to take the delivery back because he didn't like dogs.

OUTRAGEOUSLY POOR EXPERIENCE
OUTRAGEOUSLY POOR EXPERIENCE
I bought a gift set of miniature whiskies with this company as a gift. The box arrived a little battered and damaged, I was disappointed but didn't take any action. Several weeks later when I came to wrap and gift it, I realised that it was actually also missing one of the miniatures. Despite being a long standing loyal customer, customer services refused to help me or apologise. They quoted a 5 day returns policy and would not send either the missing miniature or a new giftset. Utterly appalling and uncaring customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and urge you to do the same.
Fantastic Service for Our Wedding Drinks
We ordered wine and fizz in bulk from DrinkSupermarket.com for our wedding, and the whole experience was excellent. The prices were great, the ordering process was easy, and delivery was impressively quick. Everything arrived perfectly packaged, with no damage at all — a huge relief when ordering large quantities.
The quality of the drinks was spot on and our guests loved them. We’re really glad we chose DrinkSupermarket.com and would happily recommend them to anyone planning an event or stocking up. Great service from start to finish!
Excellent range of products and prices
Last time I ordered from them the item I wanted was in stock and was within my price range which was great.

None delivery making fools of people waiting in
Waited in all day for a delivery from this company who is now using yodel never arrived won’t be using again
Have ordered from this company since…
Have ordered from this company since january. The past six months have been a nightmare. Yodel have never completed a full order sometimes they have smashed 24 bottles of wine if i am lucky they only smash 12 bottles. Been in contact with Drink supermarket more than i contact my own family. They have photo evidence of every box that yodel have delivered. But they claim i have kept a box of 12 wine that the courier smashed and i owe them for that smashed box. Trying to explain this to them is a nightmare. Avoid them if you can.
BUYER BEWARE
I purchased 20 cases of non alcoholic Kopparberg cider. I was emailed two days later that there was a pricing error. They offered me out of goodwill to "Proceed with the order by paying for one case at the correct price of £14.49, and we’ll include three additional cases at no extra cost or cancel the order entirely, in which case we’ll issue you a full refund.".
i asked for them to refund me the order (so that i could actually make the £14.49 payment) and that i would then make the 14.49 purchase ""Hello If you would like to refund me the amount I originally paid and then I will make the £14.49 payment after I receive the refund into my account. Regards". They sent the refund and i made the £14.49 payment.
After that they got in touch with me again saying "I hope you are well and apologise for the delayed response. Please place the order as usual for the 1 case and I will speak with the management regarding the 24 bottles offer we provided previously. Once you have placed the order, please email us the order confirmation number.".
All seemed to be going well until i got another message 3 days later saying "It appears there was a mix-up on my part — I had mentioned that you would receive three cases free of charge, but I’ve since realised I misunderstood the information provided by our team. I’m truly sorry for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to offer you the three cases at the same price you paid for your initial order, rather than at the standard rate."
So two acts of fault, both of which had been paid for by myself, with the latest being carried through until they suddenly decide they don't want to go ahead and give me that offer anymore and WANT TO CHARGE ME for the privilege of the product they already mispriced and then tried to offer me for free.
They then tried to worm out of it by saying " it was clarified that the goodwill offer was to either receive a full refund (which you requested and we have honoured) or to receive three cases for the price you initially paid - which I misunderstood for offering 3 cases free of charge. " as if somehow me being clear and honest with them from the start about the buying procedure and them accepting what was happening to the point of me giving them a confirmation number, somehow indicated that i picked a full refund and to cancel the transaction entirely.
To date there has been no change in their stance and thus have been reported to trading standards for misleading business practices and breach of contract.
BUYER BEWARE terrible customer service, terrible business practices with VERY questionable integrity.
Poor Judgement towards a regular customer
I have been ordering water for ocer a year. I switched from other companies & Amazon to thsi company. I have orderdd over £700 of wtaer just in the last 6 months. Having advised the company about excessive packaging to save costs, which this comany adopted without even a thank you or acknowledgement, I reciced my LAST order last week. 7 Boxes of water delivered on a WOODEN PAllette. They transport company, JUst left the wooden Pallett on my driveway fro me to dsipose of. I'm almost 70 years old. I wrote & exchanged several email with a helpless admin to have this Pallette removed from my driveway but to no avail. I told them that I will have to pay someone £20 to have this pallette removed. Nothing. I have ordered many many boxes fo water in teh past and never even anyone had left me with a Large wooden palleter as if I had ordered Bricks. I have / Had been a loyal customer & I think having bought so much water fform a company that turns over about £200 M, I would have had some assitance other than : Apologies but words to the effect that I am Lumbered with a wood pattelle on my driveway. I am No longer a customer of thsi company even if I have to pay more.
I had two of the packages I've received…
I had two of the packages I've received From them, I think I've ordered three or 4 total yeah. They looked like they had done somersaults. Everything was an absolute mess. there doesn't seem to be a standard way of packaging 24 Cans of beer because sometimes it's packaged perfectly, and other times not, appropriately at all. so yeah, could be better on the packaging front, uh. Otherwise, at least I've had some arrive in proper condition, and actually standing upright. if they were to get their packaging right most every time. Then I would be happy to give them 5 stars instead. Because I like beer! oh, and I just remembered for the love of God, stop using, YODEL. that Courier never delivers on time, always overloads their vans lot I know this because I spoke with one of the drivers, and yeah, if you think you're gonna be seeing your parcel in a day, make it 3. once again, please use literally anyone that is not yodel! or at the very least, give us a choice of different couriers, please!!! honestly, Yodel is the only reason that this review is at one star, otherwise, I would have given it a 4 star rating, despite the issues with packaging
No issues with order
No issues with order, found the product I needed for a present on their website, a product I couldn’t get in any retail stores near me. Delivered well packed / secure
Rude and dismissive about a problem
Rude and dismissive about a problem. Won't ever use them again.
They sell expired Baileys
avoid buying Baileys from this store...They sell out-of-date products. I ordered Baileys in September, and when I got the parcel, all the bottles had expired since August! I asked for a refund, but they refused...that's a shame.
Always reliable and fast delivery…
Always reliable and fast delivery (although you do pay for it!). Well packaged bottles and reasonable price. Have used them many times and will continue to in future.
MISSING ITEMS & VERY BADLY PACKED
Have used this compnay before and they were usually OK. My order arrived yesterday around noon, when opened, the packaging was a disgrace, especially for a parcel of alcoholic drinks. Only part of the order has so far arrived, I am told the rest will arrive soon (soon?). Bottles and cans just thrown into a cardboard box, not sure what damage has been caused. I have sent the company photographs of how the shipment arrived and copies of the shipment note showing who packed it and then who checked it, obviously staff who have no idea about shipping fragile items. They have been slow to respond although I have just had a reply saying they are investigating. I will not be using this compnay again, it is obviously much safer to simply add any drinks orders to your online ahopping with Waitrose, Occado etc. Very poor service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER.
They sent damaged goods which was a £120 gift. They lied about the package being picked up for a return (I wasted 2 days waiting in the house for a courier which never turned up and a tracking reference that simply didn’t exist.) now they won’t reply to my emails, so I have no way of getting a refund. Can’t get through on customer services. And they just removed my previous review on here.
Save yourself the pain and just use Threshers instead.
The Jax coco water has gone off
The Jax coco water has gone off. Drink supermarket refused to take the items back or take any action to resolve the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER
