Excellent service
We were let down on the day by a different car hire company and Andrei from the Luton airport branch was a fantastic help with sourcing a car on the same day. The car was ready by the time we reached the branch on the free shuttle bus from the airport. Unfortunately, the first car that we hired had a puncture, we only managed to drive 5 minutes so returned to the branch. Andrei had arranged another car within a few minutes despite having all of the vehicles prebooked and we were able to leave straight away.
The car was virtually new and was clean and filled with fuel, ready to use. We will definitely use drivalia again.

I had to change the pick-up time for the car a day before the rental commenced, Drivallia charged me £20 extra.
When I picked up the car, the company informed me that I had to pay an extra £40 for dropping off the car out of hour. This was not mention when I booked the car with the drop off time or on their web site.
During the time I drove the car I did not have any accidents, nor left the car in any place where it would get damaged and was therefore sure there were no damages on the vehicle.
I dropped the car off at night (out of hours) in Drivalia’s car park. As it was very dimly lit, I could not take photos of the vehicle. On my return home I received a claim for £350 for a scratch that I knew nothing about.

Top class service
As a regular hirer of cars with Drivalia, I find the the staff are always very helpful and warm when arriving.
The process is usually very quick and seem less.
A wonderful example of customer support, I was unloading my hire car yesterday to ensure we made the transfer bus and Drivalia employee Walled walked over and moved the car and checked the car out.
Simply fantastic service, and saved us.

I've used this company twice. I'm satisfied; everything was quick and efficient. The vehicles are new and clean. Simple rules, good application and good prices. The deposit was refunded quickly. No problems. I hope there will be more places like this in the future. I recommend them.

had a terrible experience with them
had a terrible experience with them. It all started with the rudeness of the Drivalia employee at Luton Airport, who practically forced me to take out full coverage insurance, which I refused. When I returned the car, I took photos and videos showing that everything was fine and left it in the early hours of the morning. Without sending me any notification or email, they charged me €200 for an alleged 1cm scratch on the rim. They themselves said that this size was even acceptable. This is a company to avoid, as they make a profit off full coverage insurance or from scratches they themselves cause.
