Excellent service, products and price

This was excellent service, the package was tracked and I was kept informed of delivery times. The entire process was fast and efficient.

I needed 10 sets of white premier drumsticks to present to an Air Cadet unit as a thank you. The drumsticks arrived within 24 hours, well wrapped and at a very good price. The web page was very easy to use and follow.

Well, I went on line and followed the couriers instructions as to where they could leave my parcel. I asked them to leave it under my barbecue for delivery on Monday , they turned up didn't leave the parcel and texted me to say no one was home to sign for it. I rang the local office and told them what I had done and even gave them the drivers name"Paul ", they said they had no record of this on the system even though I quoted the drivers name they didn't believe me. Well I said, the system your using doesn't work, the lady replied that's head offices central log not ours. Case closed, and thanks to Nottingham drum and guitar.

Good, clear website. Easy to order. Order arrived pretty quick and I got a text telling my the hour slot my drums would arrive in ... and they did (within 5 minutes of the start of the timeslot). Excellent.

David is easy to deal with and communicates well once he has information from his supplier.

Anybody ordering from this seller can in my opinion do so in confidence. I was called and informed there would be a small delay but the goods were delivered by the end of that same week which was hardly any delay at all. My grandson was over the moon with the drums.

Ended up buying a kit from these guys as I saw on the internet that they had the colour I wanted and it was now discontinued, really glad I did. From the moment I called them through to the point when they were delivered (exactly on time free of charge) they’ve been a pleasure to deal with. They ordered a specific case for the bass drum for me and even agreed to hold them for a few weeks as I wanted them to be delivered after Xmas. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again for any of my drumming needs big or small. I just wish there was an independent retailer that was as good as these guys here in Birmingham, give them a ring their customer service is excellent.

My husband is a drummer and wanted some new sticks for Christmas. I wanted to get some from the Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre as we've shopped there before. Plus I wanted to make my purchase and support a local business rather than boost Amazon's sales! Found what I wanted on the website straightaway and my drum sticks arrived as quickly as Royal Mail could post them. Brilliant. Husband is going to be happy on Christmas Day...once I've given him the real drumsticks...after I've laughed to myself over and over about the 'Drumsticks' sweets I'm giving him first. I just needed a capo for my guitar but there are so many to choose from. Phoned D & G for advice which was friendly and knowledgeble. Felt confident to place on-line order which arrived the next day.
