What it says on the tin!
Dealing with this company was easy, straightforward, and fast.
The fact that they had a youtube video of the drum in question was really very useful. When in contacted them by phone, they were able to sort out any problems and queries I had, and organised courier shipping at a very good rate.
Couldn't fault them...

Ordered a Laney bass cab from Drum and Guitar.

Great service.
Although they did not have the internal snare wires for my vintage premier military snare in stock I received a call from David and along with checking I had ordered the correct item he swiftly arranged with premier to get the snare wires and the order was completed within a week at a much better price than any other dealer could offer.

Brilliant service - speedy delivery!
Have visited the shop and got good advice on cymbals etc. When in a position to buy visited the online store. Easy to find what you wanted, simple transactions. Ordered on a Sunday and item arrived 2 days later. Really pleased with their communication and service. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you :o)

Jolly good show!
Excellent service; easy to order, well packaged and quick to arrive. No complaints at all. Also the only place where I was able to purchase a new, reasonably priced bugle cord (not a common place item to find).
