Great customer service, delivery, etc

I've been buying bits and bobs from the Drum and Guitar Centre for years, and never had a gripe. Always get a really friendly customer service and great quality products. Prices compete with anywhere online, and it's local to me to go to the store and try the gear first hand. Massive stock, big up!

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Knew all about the products I was interested in and answered all my questions about them. Told me what I needed and had everything in stock too. I won't be shopping anywhere else from now on.

I purchased a sabian crash cymbal recently, I got a great deal and there was a free splash in with it. They had a decent selection. I would definitely recommend.

Right from first contact to their shop on a busy Saturday, I was met with a friendly, professional manner of which nothing to too much trouble. I then travelled the 40 miles to the shop and what an outstanding service, if only other businesses had the same level of customer service. Without a doubt this shop is highly recommended , wish I could give more stars! Huge thanks for all your help guys, very much appreciated.

Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre is by far the best place in the UK to get your gear from at very affordable prices. The staff are very friendly and full of the latest knowledge there is to be had and they are always willing to give you a hand or give you advice. I wouldn't dream of buying on line or anywhere else for that matter. Ive been coming to this shop since I started playing drums and its great to see the shop still open and filling their windows with incredible drum gear. Its great to be able to walk around with a drumstick trying things out without there being posters saying PLEASE DONT TOUCH as long as you dont take the mik that is, these guy's know how to run a great shop. GET DOWN THERE and CHECK IT OUT!!!

Clay Cross Air Cadets have just taken delivery of a dozen Hardcases for their Squadron Band's snare drums and a large one for their base drum. They are superb bits of kit which should ensure that the drums last for many years of heavy use. Top marks to Nottingham Drum Centre (DrumandGuitar.co.uk) for their superb after sales service, which will ensure we continue to do business in the future. Nothing is too much trouble when we come in with assorted split drum skins and other bits needing work. Excellent!

Our band had a set of Pearl marching snare drums from Drum and Guitar...Have to say it was a great service.. very helpful advice and the drums arrived quickly, all tuned up and ready to go. Id definately use Drum and Guitar again.

I ordered some repacement lugs for a Stagg Snare drum just before Christmas, no problems, item delivered just after the holiday.
Fair Price, Prompt Delivery, does what it says on the tin.

I received E Mail confirmation of my order by return & received text updates of the delivery time the following day. It was a large item & I did not expect to reveive it so soon. I would recommend Drum & Guitar.

I have bought stuff from this firm two or three times and have always been well satisfied with the service. They are friendly and helpful if you visit them and my last internet order was properly satisfied much sooner than I expected. Good on you.

Found the goods I wanted, now have two choices:
Travel to Nottingham, costs incurred petrol and tram fare or order them online.

Ordered online, postage and package less than travel and next day delivery to boot!

Didn't even get wet!
