The order was dispatched very quickly and was well packaged. I will continue to use Nottingham Drum & Guitar Centre for all my drum equipment.

I made an order online one evening, though they did not have everything in stock they phoned me the next morning, sent out what they had and the remainder following within a couple of days.

Great service all round

I was let down by another supplier and found the item I needed at DrumandGuitar.co.uk who I'd never dealt with before. The order tracking was spot on, letting me know that the parcel would be here within the hour, it was. The item was well packed and I'm very happy with it, I will be back.

I've been buying drums and accessories from Drum and Guitar for the last 7 years, the products they have are brilliant, there is a wide range of products for new player's all the way up to professional players, the staff are very knowledgeable about everything they sell, if they do not have something in stock they get it for you within a few days, The service is probably the best i get from any shop i go in,on first name terms too.
i would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I wrote an email regarding a foreign order and within the next day, I'd already had a reply with an offer and instructions as to how I could get my order through as quickly and smoothly as possible. I rang them up, and within minutes, Everything was solved, be it by mail or phone and my package was ready to be shipped!

Ordered my new Fender Stratocaster an waited with baited breath to get my hands on it. As a bank holiday was looming and deliver could be put on hold over the break it occurred to me that I may not see it for at least a week. But no problem! the Nottingham shop called and said it had arrived after only a couple of days and to make sure I did not have to wait they would pop round with it them selves. A big thank you to David, I'm now up and strumming!!

I must have spent a good hour trying out snare drums at the shop. The guys working in the store were really helpful and I came away one happy customer.

I was desperate to get the drum components I needed in time, and this was the only "one-stop" shop I found that had exactly what I wanted, and delivered really quickly. I couldn't be more impressed with Drum & Guitar service.

Very pleased with the service here, I looked at a couple of other places but kept coming back. Pleased with the choice & price of the items I purchased, delivery was spot on. I will definately check out Drums & Guitar again in the future.

My son is over the moon with his new guitar and it sounds awesome! Thank you to Ed for the time spent advising and helping choose and letting the little guy try them out. He's almost convinced me to buy him the Strat as well.

Service like this is just not available on the internet but if you can't make it to the shop, know that you are buying from a really top notch professional outfit and if you are ever in Nottingham or based in Nottingham pop in and buy stuff.

Support independents or they will disappear and then where do you go to try before you buy and get expert help all as part of the service?

Rang us a taxi to the station too and we made our train on time. We were visiting Nottingham but will buy from this shop online in future and pop in whenever we're in Nottingham. Can not recommend it enough.

Ask them for advice and you'll receive and unbiased, honest opinion about the products available. Excellent service too! These guys stock a great many musical items, from beginner/starter sets to professional quality instruments. Also great on price. It's a real bonus being able to walk into the store and deal with them direct as I'm local to Nottingham!

I've been shopping for drums and percussion at The Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre for years. The guys are always friendly and up for some drum chat... They've always helped me find what I need even if they haven't got it in stock. They've often gone out of their way to track stuff down for me and get it into the shop. The shop is well stocked with drum kits and percussion with lots of auxiliary gear as well. I really the value the chance to go to a store and try stuff out in person. The Internet is great but it can't beat having a store in your own town where you can try and then buy!

Nottingham drum centre, the go to place for all your drumming needs, from basic heads and sticks, to tuition and books to full drum kits of the highest order.
My last major purchase, the Premier Artist Birch Rock Classic kit has never let me down, and the after sale service from Dave and the team is second to none.

I recently bought a premier moden classic snare drum from the Nottingham drum and guitar centre. The guys I spoke to were incredibly helpful and let me try a range of products to help my decision. I also needed a few extra bits (case, sticks etc) and was offered a very competitive price for the lot.
I have been a customer here for a number of years and have always received the same excellent level of service.

Decided to make the plunge and buy a very nice electric guitar through Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre having played with too many synthesizers and drum machines for most of my musical life. Dave and his team were very helpful, and despite my limited knowledge, helped me pick a model that was just what I needed. I have done my first few recordings with the Telecaster now, and it plays like a dream! Overall, I would highly recommend Nottingham Drum and Guitar, and I can see myself coming back in a few months time...
