I wish I'd read all the reviews before ordering a backpack 4 weeks ago. Same initial email response about a stock issue then no update. Facebook should not carry advertisements from these scammers. I will take it up with my credit-card company and Action Fraud UK.

Scam. I have payed a whopping 59 dollars on a bag. Never received anything, and of course I payed, and there's no way to ask for a refund. I have very little money, and I was stupid enough to spend the only money I had for a school bag on this scam.

This is a company that advertises on Facebook. Don't trust this company: dudesgadget.com (check DudeSgadget, with an S). There address is hello @ dudesgadget.com
I purchased a backpack weeks ago but never received it. They answer only with template answers: "Your order has in fact been shipped already. They have just yet to be updated in our systems now and our customer service reps are on it right now as we speak. Please be patient and you should receive a notification email together with your tracking ID soon. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding." Wrote them 4 times. No answer again. They never give you a tracking ID. They don't react on email via PayPal too. I asked PayPal to escalate my claim.
In the meantime I received my money back, thanks to PayPal. The company cancled my order (despite the fact it was shipped. They never shipped it any way).

The bag is a Dutch invention. You better buy it in The Netherlands with trusted companies.

Spent $59.99 on a bag that took too long to arrive. I sent quite a few chasing emails, got bland responses that did not acknowledge the delay at all, but all's well that ends well, as eventually the bag arrived 5 weeks later. Good product, I think, it looks nice but need to check for good connectivity and ease of use.

My wife and I placed order #100083223. It's been a month without updates or shipping but my card has been already charged.

I'm going down the dispute route with this one.

Mir wurde auf meine erste Nachfrage rasch geantwortet, dass Sie im Moment "out of stock" gewesen seien und den Rucksack morgen versenden würden. Da nach zwei Wochen immer noch kein Versand vermerkt wurde, habe ich noch mehrmals eine Email geschrieben, aber keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Da ich über Paypal gezahlt habe, werde ich wohl mein Geld in einigen Wochen zurück erhalten, aber es ist einfach ärgerlich.

This is a scam company. I've never received the goods that I've ordered.
Hopefully I'l receive a refund from my credit company.

I never received my order, nor any updates about it – thankfully, Paypal made sure I got the money back.

I see many others are having the same issue. I ordered and when the shipping details didn't update, I requested more info and was assured the item would ship "tomorrow" with what I suspect was an automated template email. Hopefully other people check here first.

This company seems to be a scam it's because you're ordering the product tell me it's out of stock so they came in they don't ship it they don't refund your money nice 🤡🤡🤡

im from South Africa order glow train set for my grandson birthday 7 weeks ago been laising with Peter Morgan and OLivia they keep on telling me its on its way or check tracking number which ive been doing according the tracking number its been sitting by some airport since the 18/8/2017.i have been emailing 3 times with no reply so i gather my money gone and i wont been receiving the goods .its the 1st time i ordered online and im very dissapointed that ive been taken for a fool .like everyone else i should have read the reviews first.i will be so surprise if and when i receives goods.dudesgadget the is suppose to be the tracking nunber RK818782485CN.LETS SEE IF I GET A RESPONE VERY DISSAPOINTED I DO NIT WANT TO SAY ITS A SCAM

Im updating my review because people need to see this before they order. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

dudesgadget.com is a scam site, they have ads on facebook where i saw them, i went to the site and ordered one of these Anti-theft backpacks, the order went fine, i got an email saying it was all good, after a week i checked the order, it was not sent, so i asked where the order was? The answer that i now know was automated informed me that it was now packed as it had been out of stock, great i though and waited one more week, still nothing, so i sent one more email and it was silent. Luckily i payed with paypal and i got a refund pretty quick, why paypal supports this page is beyond me.

Scam. I ordered early August..told it would arrive in mid September...perfect my godsons birthday is end of September. I contacted them a week after my order to let them know to reroute the delivery because the family had to evacuate because of hurricane Harvey....got several template responses about my order already being shipped and I would get tracking info....nothing....same emails, no tracking info, no product, no meaningful contact. I suspect I won't see my money or the product. Brutal. These guys should be nuked, rip off artists.

I orderd one item, after one week of this still not beeing sent, I sent an e- mail. Got an reply that they would sendt it the next morning. After 3 more days and still no shipment I tried to send a new e-mail but this time no reply....Tried once more to send an e-mail, but still noe reply. So I escaladed it to PayPal.com, after 2 days I recived a message that the order had been canceld and that I would get an refund.

This Company is a big scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

I Wish I had checked here before I ordered because I too orders a car set for my grandsons birthday and they have not delivered and they just don't get back to you with tracking numbers. there Facebook page should be taken down they are a scam. shame on them so many disappointed children!!!!!!
After I had made much noise my car set arrived 6 weeks and many Facebook posts and e mails later. I see i have a reply here and to be fair these guys may not have been the people I ordered from maybe it was a copy web site? So I have changed my review to reflect this.

Product never arrived and was told they don't offer refunds unless product is returned.

As a note, they will respond to emails but just to lie about 'a map being impounded', 'Mr Zhou had forgotten to send it', 'its on its way today'.... Yeah ,whats happened is they've just taken your money and they are laughing at you.

And herein is the hilarity, if it doesn't arrive I can't return it....

This is a FRAUDULENT company, DO NOT USE.

So I guess I was lucky just to receive my order based on previous reviews, but what I received was not what I ordered!!!! They advertise a "Brand Name" that is easily recognizable with great reviews and send a brand that I cant even find on the entire internet!!! Very sketchy company.....would not recommend to anyone!!! Steer clear of these guys!!!!
