I ordered 5 T-shirts, but got only 4
I ordered 5 T-shirts, but when I opened the parcel, there were only 4 inside.
When I contacted customer service, they initially rejected my claim, stating that the parcel weighed 2 kg — which, according to them, matched the weight of 5 T-shirts. They argued that if only 4 had been packed, the weight would have been 1.6 kg.
Despite the initial doubt, I insisted on continuing the investigation and did my best to assist with it. Two weeks later, I received a refund for the missing T-shirt.
Whether it was a packing error, tampering during transit, or something else, I still don’t know. While the process wasn’t ideal due to the delay and the questioning, I’m very happy with the final outcome.

Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry for any inconvenience. Royal Mail have confirmed the package was weighed at 2kg at the accepting post office and at the sorting office before it left the U.K. The postage label itself shows a small package with a weight of 2kg.
Further investigation showed that when this arrived in Denmark this was then handled as a large letter rather than the small package that it was. A package of that size (containing 5 T-shirts) can not be labelled as a large letter. This makes me suspect that the package was tampered with but there is no way to prove this at this point. In our 15 years of trading, never come across something like this before.

I'd bought a three pairs of the Big Men's Shorts With Shaped Leg Pockets a six weeks ago or so. They are so comfortable and fit so perfectly, I bought four more pairs of the shorts in the full range of colours.

A bit expensive, but worth it.
A bit expensive, but the only menswear shop I could find which offers a 56" waist with a 33" inside leg. The item seems of good quality. The material isn't lightweight, but should be robust. I just whish they sold a pinstripe version!

There was a problem with one item that I ordered, I received an email before dispatch with alternatives, that was dealt with efficiently. I received my order a few days later. Great quality and good customer service.

Absolutely disappointed.
Additional customs fees at my country, without any notice price do not cover this.
I was expecting these high prices are with customs on both sides.
I will never buy here even stupid 100% polyester socks.

Sorry but DDU is no more in valid Incoterm. DAP exchanged DDU by Incoterms 2020.
Anyhow you never mentioned DDU in any single document or communication as incoterm.
I searched this on website and didnt found any mention about incoterm no matter you say its there.
Why this is not mentioned during checkouot when I have to name delivery county? Simple sentence, you may be charged in delivery country due to DDU/DAP etc. Are you affraid people will not order? If so you are misleading customer due to fact maybe they will not order due to higher prices at the end.
Is this business ethics you follow? Very said.
Dont use Brexit as excuse, its very unprofessional and very cheap argument.
When I order from US or China which were never in European Union I do not pay any single cent on top.
Package always arrive without additional charges.
Sorry but I cannot accept apologize and change my opinion. You are not following business ethics and your approach is not fair to customers.

Sorry to read your review. We have been communicating via email regarding the shipment tracking details, you could have reached out to me at any point. We followed the request of the majority of our customers and send items with Delivery Duty Unpaid. This is detailed on our website and would be more than happy to make arrangements should have have wished to pay this upfront. Unfortunately since Brexit these import duties are a legal requirement and out of our hands.
