I have recently dealt with Duncan Yeardley in purchasing a property and they have been fantastic. Lee especially was incredibly helpful and supportive helping me navigate this as a first time buyer.

Mandy and the team have been so helpful with me finding my perfect property. Communication has never been an issue, call backs and email replies are always very timely. They are always really friendly and go out of their way to help and support you. Highly recommend.

The team at Duncan Yeardley are outstanding. They communicate efficiency and effectively both as a buyer of a property & renting through the leasing department. The team are super supportive and professional, always representing my interests which is extremely reassuring and comforting. DY's phased approach to marketing our house worked really well for us. We've been here 30 years and were quite nervous about selling. A 'soft launch' allowed DY to gauge interest and pitch the real launch just right. It meant all the prep – the photos and so on – weren’t rushed. And it gave us more time to look around and decide where we wanted to move to. DY's enthusiasm for the house also stood out: it was clear Callum and his team understood what they were selling. We sold in a few days at a price and to buyers we are very happy with.

A few months on and we're about to move. OK, we were lucky to have great buyers and vendors, but the chain was still under pressure from the bottom to get a move on (which we fully understood). DY managed this extremely well, so we didn't feel under undue pressure.
