Good, reliable & friendly service
I've used Dupli several times and happy to use them again for backdrops - friendly, quick service.
On the most recent occasion, Dupli were let down by Fedex (I had paid for next day delivery but Fedex didn't put the item on the van for 2-3 days with no explanation).
Dupli were fantastic at handling this and did everything they could to get the backdrop to me on time. I would definitely use them again based on the service that Lauren provided.

Easy to navigate website. Ordered a printer and media, received a confirmation email within seconds. The order was received the following day as advertised but unfortunately no confirmation of despatch or tracking provided.
Did notice that the printer box had been resealed and that in the printer properties information screen the 'total print count' was already at 41 before I'd even used it. No idea if that count is due to factory testing or if it has been used and returned.
EDIT: DNP have confirmed the 41 prints would be factory test prints.
