The engineer 'Dean' was top notch and went above and beyond to solve our blockage problem.

I have no hesitation in reccomending Dyno Rod.

Went on line to request help through my Homecare cover with British Gas. Approx 15 mins later my phone rang & Dean said he'd be with me in 10-15 mins, which he was. Dean quickly identified where the problem was & whilst his initial actions mostly resolved the issue, Dean could tell it wasn't 100% fixed. He quickly went back to his van, brought back an assortment of bits & 'created' a bit of kit that did eventually fully resolve the issue. Dean was prompt, courteous, & professional but what impressed me most of all was his ability to think outside the box immediately he realised the standard procedure to remedy the matter had not completely worked. His perseverance was amazing. Thank you Dean for a job very well done.

We got Dyno in to diagnose and fix an underground drain pipe issue. They sent an engineer Phil to carry out the works. Brilliant job! He dug up the ground changed the pipe which turned out was completely broken cleared it all out and reinstated all perfectly all the while explaining what was happening and what exactly he was doing. Couldn’t be happier with the works. Great Job guys - Thanks

Phil attended our property today to look into an issue and went over and above to identify the problem and then sort it. He kept me updated throughout, tidied the area after and sorted out a tricky problem. I would highly recommend and would definitely use DynoRod again.
