I had dynorod attend today, Tom Davies was the name of the plumber who came out. I can't thank him enough, it wasn't an easy job but Tom did not leave until he had managed to unblock the waste pipe.

Engineer was prompt, efficient polite and worked very hard. He managed to undertake the job without any issues and was very helpful.

Tom D and Dean were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. My problem was quite involved and took quite a while to sort out. They were totally committed to finding a solution to my blocked toilet, and eventually established the problem was outside and needed to be accessed by digging up my garden. This they promised to refer back to British Gas insurance to arrange the appropriate crew. They left everything clean and tidy. Many thanks.

Tom D visited my property today for a sewer blockage. He was very helpful and got straight onto the job. He was very polite and very well mannered. Felt sorry because it absolutely belted down but he was more concerned on getting the job done. He advised us that our soil pipe may have moved but asked us to keep an eye on it. He definitely went above and beyond and I hope this gets recognised. ☺️ thanks Tom D

Following a structural eng report, and recommendation we used Dyno Rod for a CCTV drain survey.
Angela rearranged our visit following a mix up over dates. Dean carried out the survey, and was so informative. It was very professional, would not hesitate to use Dyno Rod again. We await the report now.
