Experiencing a problem with our drainage system resulting in toilet waste overflowing from one side drain and an unpleasant and unsuccessful attempt to tackle the issue we contacted Dyno-Rod.
The customer service was friendly and informative as to the arrival of the engineer.
Due to a problem freeing the cover to the inspection chamber (we should have been aware of this crucial but overlooked feature) our engineer couldn’t proceed with the work.
After we freed up access to the inspection chamber we telephoned and an appointment was made for later this morning.
Tom Davis arrived as scheduled and was friendly and informative throughout the procedure. Fortunately the blockage was resolved and jetted free and the regular state of flushing and drainage was re-established.
A happy resolution to an unpleasant occurrence!
