Excellent from start to finish, friendly and professional service all around from the lady on the phone to the gentleman ( Stuart)that sorted my drainage problem.

Quick service arranged last night came this afternoon. The guy who cleared our drain was very informative, helpful and advised exactly what had happened and what to do in future to prevent it again. Would recommend for quick service

Had Stuart come out to resolve our blockage on the downstairs toilet. He was very friendly and professional throughout.

They engineers who came out were absolutely brilliant, professional and polite. I had a blocked toilet and they unblocked in such a professional and clean manner & answered all questions without hesitation. Brilliant they were, would definitely recommend.

Engineer turned up at 8pm when it was promised between 8am and 2pm. Managed to get some flow but pipe has a blockage but engineers dont carry cctv so they can finiah the job properly whoch means another visit and extra coat. So paid £240 for a 5min visit and problem still there. Im not impressed with the service. Not the engineers fault as they dont supply him with the tools to do the job.

Not a straight forward job on an emergency call out. The engineer resolved the issue after a few challenges. Very thankful for his tenacity and professional approach.

Had someone called Jay come out to our house today - only positives to report. Persevered to sort out what was not a straight forward blockage outside the house and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. Also traced the drainage to the manhole and gave some tips on sorting out if it happens again. Very positive experience

Our engineer was Tom and he was fantastic. Really friendly and informative about what the issue was and what he was doing at every stage of the works. It really put me at ease to know that he had so much knowledge and experience but also that he was willing to explain it to me so I could understand the problem too.

It was so easy to book the call out and I was updated throughout on when I would be seen including a call the morning off to discuss the issue.

Would highly recommend this company.
