Absolutely excellent. We needed our drains examined in case there was a tree root which had grown into them. The engineer used a camera to go over 15 metres along the drain which showed there was not intrusion but the drain dipped and needs to be reported to Severn Trent. He flushed the drain through to clear any debris and is going to send us a written report. Better than we were expecting.

Jay came out even though he was exhausted at the end of the day did a thorough check on all the possible drains used the rods on one drain. Fixed we thought then the issue came back the next day. Danny came out on the following Monday and jetted it so far so good. Good guys. Worth the money I think.

Darren was very friendly. Was able to explain to me what the cause of the problem could be. Let’s hope that his advice solves our issue

Dyno sent a guy today to do half an hour free work and he did an excellent job and left everything kind of tidy. Explained root of problems too

Fantastic response, identified the issue, located two additional chambers on the property. Dug down to get access, removed blockage and confirmed that the system is clear👌😁. Back in service, brilliant.

Because the problem was complicated Dyno-Rod had to visit twice after the initial (free) call-out but managed to clear the problem. All staff on the job and handling communication via the office were very courteous, listened to explanations and handled everything efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

The experience was positive from the phone call asking for Dyno rod to attend, for a blocked drain. The operative went out of his way to sort the problem, the phone call from the operative pre attendance gave us an accurate time of attendance.
