Yet again another team to the rescue after major problems with limescale blockages

Great service from Dyno-rod when our basement flooded! Very patient, helpful, honest and quick to help!

First of all I was told I could not get an appointment for 2 days - I was in a bit of an emergency situation with standing water in the kitchen sink. Booked it in the hope that I could find another firm to help me. Got a call back within the hour saying someone would be with me by end of day. Mitchell and Tommy came round at about 4.30 - immediately really friendly and reassuring. But they had not banked on my tiny flat and the difficult task that awaited them. They got to work on my sink - a nightmare of a job - tiny flat, too many bends in the pipes and years (probably) of blockage .. etc etc. Hellish. They tried everything and multiple times. Was not working, I was terrified, but they persevered and persevered. Went out on limb - literally - went on the roof to try work out where the pipes went, they worked SO hard, I was hovering in the background being an annoying pest of a worried customer and they bore with me with patience and generosity. Did battle with the tiny spots they had to squeeze themselves into in order to reach the pipes and finally, endured a couple injuries due to the layout of my flat and the intricacy of the work, and just when we all thought all hope was lost they tried the one last thing they had not tried yet - and they DID it. They were there nearly 2 hours - never complained, worked SO SO SO hard. So grateful you will never know - I cannot recommend highly enough and I hope they are rewarded by the company for their expertise and persistence - a rare thing to have such a work ethic - I am so profoundly grateful and full of admiration.

The team arrived on time, were polite and efficient and performed their task in a professional and timely manner.
They were informative and knowledgeable in relaying relevant information to us, as requested.

The guys were quick and efficient with a perfect specialist piece of kit to clear the drain.
Only downside was that they didn't discuss or describe the plan or the fee before doing the job.

Have used dynorod in previous years as kitchen sink gets blocked after every 2-3 years. On this occasion block was not fully cleared on first or second attempts. However their customer service guaranteed they would resolve at no extra cost and sent engineers through with final visit with equipment with longer pipe cleaner to clear blockage. Each visit the engineers were doing their best and courteous and all were committed to solve the issue. Would highly recommend as they all stayed true to their customer care policy to fix issue at no extra cost and came on repeat visits within 1-2 days so I’m very appreciative of this honest and committed service

Really highly recommend! I am hapoywith my experience, Martin was competent and respectful, he unblocked the kitchen drain efficiently and without mess.

We discovered a water leak in a 1/2" diameter copper pipe on the domestic hot/cold water piping. Dyno-Rod attended the premises and confirmed there was a leak and shut down the heating and domestic hot water systems leaving us without heat or hot water with the promise that the recommended repairs would be carried out the following morning 16/10/2023. Dyno-Rod failed to attend our premises to repair the leak and on contacting Dyno-Rod they asserted that they knew nothing of the appointment. It was not until a heated discussion ensued that Dyno-Rod discovered that they were to attend the property and that heating and hot water was not an emergency and would try to attend to the leak the following Wednesday 18/10/2023. We are still without heating and hot water which we to be find extremely poor service; notwithstanding we have elderly and disabled to look after. I hold a 1st Class City & Guilds for heating and plumbing, Sheffield College of Technology 1960; 5 year Apprenticeship.

the most incompetent people we ever had to deal with. from the calling centre to the actually engineers everyone is just useless there.

Had the correct equipment to unblock my kitchen sink after it was blocked with fat by my son. Very polite and cleared the problem quickly. Hopefully I won’t need them again!

We were really impressed by the man who changed our main water pipe within 24 hrs from our emergency call. He was relaxed and very careful and came on Saturday afternoon and did not leave until all was done at about 7 pm. Only one comment the first male who came to inspect the damage could have tighten the pipe and spare us taking many buckets up …

The engineer who came was great but Dynorod doesn’t give them the right tools. The engineer was not equipped with a wetvac!!! Unreal

Sydney is honest and amazing. He is a senior engineer, experienced. He figured out the problem straight away and solved the issue.

Lovely gentleman called Leigh (I believe) helped us and was extremely prompt on a Saturday evening to reach us at 10:15pm.

It was absolutely dreadful experience! I am still in shock how bad this company is! I spent £170 for nothing! The plumber did the wrong pipe! Not only that,it was blocked again after just 4 days! I called for them to come back but find out that I will have to pay again! Pay again so the job will be done properly! I wonder how am I going to explain the landlord that I spent this money for NOTHING!
It looks like you need to know exactly what is wrong and point out,otherwise they will do just whatever- I didn't know,I trusted the plumber to know and now I am left qith the probkem and no money. Horrible experience!

Great job. My Camden Dino-Rod guy was called Bobby, & I felt I had to write a review as he worked so hard.
Blocked sinks in my property. It happens a lot due to the building communal stack pipe not being maintained properly! Really annoying when it's not caused by my flat but couldn't use washing machine or sinks so needed help quickly. Bobby arrived with the machine that looks like an electric hosepipe - that pushes through the blockage, but the machine broke! He swiftly fixed it & worked within the hour time estimated. He was really polite & friendly. It's also reassuring that there's a 3 month warranty.

Great communication, friendly engineer who explained what was required clearly and solved our issue quickly.
