Craig was brilliant. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. He was professional and friendly. 10/10 from us.

A pleasant chap arrived to unlock a rainwater drain. He was here 20 mins. Rodding wouldn't clear it so he used a high pressure hose and charged me £195 which I thought extortionate.

Completely taken advantage off. Filled out online form clearly stating toilet ‘keeps blocking, blockage is further done the soil pipe’ I’d already had a plumber use a plunger a few timers to remove the backed up toilet roll which would always work for about 4/5 days, so thought we’d get what I thought was a reputable company in called Dyno rod, made sure they knew the blockage was further down, we’d not long moved in since renovating the house so wondered if there was some stuff building rubble down there? This company apparently use cameras so thought amazing!
obviously there must be a small gap between the blockage in the soil pipe so when a plunger is used this small gap reopens but soon blocks again, but this company seemed legit.
Stated £190 on the website, happy with this if it gets rid of this blockage down the bottom of the soil pipe. I was breastfeeding so couldn’t see or speak to the dyno-rod man so was surprised when he left after about 5 minutes. I then received the job report email, all he had used was a plunger to remove the surface toilet roll and then had the cheek to put on the report ‘ no guarantee’ as ‘misuse with toilet roll’ feel absolutely robbed and exploited for £190 as a single parent.
One week later and we have no working toilet again as of course it’s backup with toilet roll.
Do not use this scam of a company. Only put to make money rather than provide the service they promise.

Got the drain unblocked with no fuss.

Had them out to clear a blocked drain outside. Very prompt for coming out and fixed the blockage within 30 minutes. A few weeks later with a lot of rain and the drain is full and bubbling again. Rang to ask what comeback I had and was told there was no guarantee on the work, they could send out another engineer but wanted to charge another £190. Told them not to bother and will now look for a different company in the new year. Just took their word for it that the blockage was cleared but never actually saw any evidence of it. Would not recommend

We needed our sewerage drain unblocked quickly.
We called Dyno Rod at 10pm and by 9.15 the following morning Kai arrived.
It was a tricky job but he was absolutely brilliant.
Really reassuring. At no point did we think he wouldn't be able to sort the problem.
He worked so hard and was able to sort the issue which was such a relief!
I would highly recommend the firm but I would recommend Kai even more. He is a real asset to the firm in my view. Thank you Kai.

Just had Craig from Exeter come out to me this evening to fix my blocked kitchen sink What an amazing guy. friendly, professional and a brilliant job done I was seriously impressed Thank you Dynorod and to Craig

Really poor customer service. Booked someone to come between 8 and 1pm, got a call at midday to be told the engineer had been delayed by an emergency and could come between 1 and 5pm instead. I specifically booked the morning for a reason and I didn't appreciate having only being told there was an issue 4 hours into my time slot.
I was also told if it was something I wanted done quickly I should have booked it as an emergency job. When I said that didn't come up as an option and the website wasn't loading properly when I booked, soI had to fill everything in 5 times before it went through, I was told the website is run by a separate company and it's not in their control.
I cancelled the booking and found a local company instead who came within half an hour.

Scott the technician sorted the blocked drain very quickly, took action to prevent it happening again and cleaned up nicely afterwards. A very personable young man. Thanks Scott.

Six hours spent discovering a blocked sewer and they could not have been more helpful, polite or informative! Excellent customer service over the phone too and the vans and call centre worked well together. Very good value.

We had a great engineer come out to assist with our commercial building drainage issues. Very pleased with his knowledge, helpfulness and service. Would recommend

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rang yesterday (being Sunday) 0333 2423193 this is the call centre that takes all the info and passing to the local Dyno Rod branch. Unfortunately all the info I gave them wasn’t passed on the local branch. There tel number 01952 684755 who only had the info of filled drain blocked. So we had a prompt call from Dyno Rod at 8.30. He came with, 2 rods and a plunger, and was here for about 5 minutes saying that it was a 2 man job not a 1 man job. Which if they had been given all the info I had given the call centre, that’s what who have happened. I was then told that it would be, Thursday between 1- 5, to try and fix an overfilled man hole that is going into a neighbours garden. This is totally pathetic on both of their offices as both blamed each other. I do not recommend this company one little bit. Very very disappointed.

Had to call an engineer out on new year's day for a blocked outside drain - Chris was brilliant and I'm so thankful for his help on today of all days! Friendly and knowledgeable guy, highly recommend. Thank you again :)

Chris came to inspect my blocked drain today and although he didn't clear the block he did manage to diagnose the fault and was very helpful with advice on how to resolve my problem.

Chris was fantastic and went to every effort to get our drain unblocked. Was professional, tidy and got the job done. A pleasure to meet him
