Very impressed, came in, asked the problem and resolved it! Thanks guys!
“Thank you for holding, all of our agents are busy at this time, your call is very important to us, please hold and we will answer your call as soon as possible”.
I think this automated message has a very reassuring and comforting message. Thankfully when I do call (and I have attempted to call 30+ times over the past 5 weeks), I get to hear this message repeatedly for 9 minutes until she says “We are experiencing a technical problem. Please try later”. I’m touched that for 9 minutes my call is very important to someone.
My second attempt is usually another 9 minutes well spent until the dreaded “technical problem” cuts the reassuring message off.
Very quick response time with professional and courteous service. Would definitely recommend
Super service. Great follow up of the work and job execution.
In future I know who to call.
Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service and very helpful and efficient. Have used Dyno-Rod more than once and my experience has always been great. Would definitely recommend their drain engineers and the staff booking appointments are fantastic too. Thanks ever so much.
We urgently needed a drain/sewer unblocked. An engineer came out within two hours. Very friendly and efficient service. Reasonably priced.
Great service, will use again for sure. He was honest and said if he was unable to unblock sink no fee which was reassuring but he managed to unblock sink in less then 5 mins to my delight. Also give me after care advice which other plumbers have never given in the past. Thank and keep up with the good work
I phoned them on behalf of my elderly disabled Mother. They were able to send a plumber to her house within 30mins and unblocked 2x toilets with ease. I am amazed that they didn't charge twice for each toilet, but they were honest enough to say that the blockage effected both toilets, so they only one charged once. Really grateful for that! Would not hesitate to to use them again!
I was concerned about my blocked drain; asked clarifying questions and was given a lecture. Not the type of service I expect given the premium prices.
Used them for 5 years as part of my Homecare cover with British Gas. Generally very good, except for the communication. Customer services, when something goes wrong, can be either great, or be really inflammatory, and for no apparent reason.
Plus the prices has now gone up to the point where it’s cheaper to make friends with a local plumber.
Nearly amazing customer service and great plumber but was charged 140 odd quid for five minutes
-which I knew about beforehand but still feels a bit weird/rip off
Technician’s work was fine.
Back office customer service was very poor; difficult to get through to, total lack of effort to help meet the simplest of requests, passive-aggressive attitude, poor listening skills/inability to follow simple request, couldn’t manage to keep to a 5 hour time slot.
Next time I’ll use an independent plumber who values their customers.
Blocked kitchen sink sorted in minutes by James. I’d tried everything so although having to pay £145 to get this done is a lot, at least I have a working sink again.
4 stars because of the cost.
I have a home care policy with British Gas and I had multiple leaks in my house. An engineer came out on 1st July but he only assessed one leak by sending photos of the part needed to the office. He then ignores the rest and suggests that a leaky tap might need to be addressed by a boiler engineer?!? Said he would order a part for one leak and then get back us. I had to chase them only to be told that the part was now in and they booked an appointment for Monday to come replace the part and attend to the other leaks that I had listed. On Monday no one shows up and I need to call multiple times to eventually be told no one is coming.
I had taken the day off work to be at home.
I call again to complain and see when the appointment can be rebooked for, I am then told the engineer has ordered the wrong part. I explain that regardless of that there are multiple other leaks that the engineer ignored so I need someone to come back out. They book another appointment for the next day so I take another half day off work.
The engineer fails to show for a second time and dyno plumbing eventually tell me (after chasing) that he is not coming and another appointment will need to be booked. Despite me pleading with them to send another plumber who is A) more reliable and B) actually knows something about plumbing they refuse.
I have to complain to British Gas who get involved and then miraculously another plumber is able to come out the next day. This new plumber is very helpful and managed to address one of the other leaks there and then but the office have ordered the wrong part for a second time. He suggests he take the tap spout away with him to show the office so there is no excuse for another wrong part.
Two weeks roll by and then British Gas complaints call to check in and I explain that I have not yet heard anything about the new part so I'm told that it will be investigated and I will hear back.
Another 3 weeks roll past and I call dyno to find out what on earth is going on. Somehow the correct part has only just arrived some 5 weeks after it was ordered and I am told someone will call me to arrange an appointment.
Someone calls and I have to request the helpful plumber again because they were going to send round the useless first plumber who apparently covers our area. When the helpful plumber arrives the office have ordered the wrong part for a 3rd time!!! It's not even the correct end type! They had our tap spout with them and they didn't even manage to order a spout with the correct connector end. Whoever orders your parts should be handed their P45. It's now almost 2 months since the first call out and we are nowhere close to having our taps fixed. We now don't have our spout as it was taken away. When you call you are on hold for 10 minutes and then there is a message telling you to call back between 9 and 5 before cutting you off. It is currently 10am.
The level of incompetence is beyond belief.
Amazing service. So helpful from start to finish. 100% would recommend your service to others. Thank you so much.
waiting 3 years for Dyno to sort a problem with a leaky tap, they make appointments and don't turn or arrive when no appointment has been made and then cannot complete the job because they have not got the parts. This company is an absolute joke.
If I could give a minus rating I would - the engineers seem to be ok but the admin is beyond useless. Cannot tell the truth even if their lives depend on it and refuse to let you speak to a manager when you ask to speak to one - apparently none are available ever???!!! They just tell you to send an email with your complaint! In the meantime I am left with a toilet that does not flush for over 3 weeks!
We initially had someone come out to sort out drains only to have to call again 4 days later us the drains weren’t unblocked.Langford came the second time and was so thorough, friendly and patient! What an asset to your company and top bloke!
I used Dyno plumbing East London (also known as Logini plumbing I believe) to fix a leak that involved taking up a hallway floor. They took payment up front for both the plumbing repair and subsequent replacement of the floor. Having fixed the leak as planned they failed to replace the floor initially and then refused to answer phone calls or emails for months. They still have my money and have not offered any explanation, let alone an apology or refund.
Bear in mind when using Dyno rod that you will actually be dealing with a local franchise and will not have recourse to any central complaints department in the event that things go wrong.
