Lewis was a truly excellent engineer and could not have been more helpful. Lewis resolved the drain blockage issue. He kindly shoed me the condition of the drains using the CCTV camera and provided a quote for ongoing drain jetting which was much appreciated.

Lewis was friendly from the get-go and turned up with a smile, happy and confident to help. He got on with the job and cleared a difficult block! He was able to show me with the camera the issue and while we need to have some structural pipe work doing, he gave us two quotes which saves a lot of hassle. Loved that I was given a fixed quote which Lewis stuck to and that they were able to come out in 2 days. Thoroughly recommend!

Rubbish!
Engineer that attended the property was rude dismissive and had a couldn't care less attitude. The pump in the back of his van would not start so he could not use the correct tools to carry out the work. After a very half hearted attempt with a plunger he declared that he couldn't resolve the issue and left. I telephoned Dynarod and spoke to Josh, who gave me the brush off. A company that clearly doesn't value it's customers. I would advise using another company. Service was so bad I didn't even want to give one star.
