Just had Mike Gibson out, he was fantastic, explained everything, messaged when on way, sorted a blockage in an upstairs sink out that's been grumbling on for quite a while and nothing seemed to shift it. 100 percent recommend. Thanks Mike 😊

We had a blocked outlet to our ground floor toilet which took 2 visits to resolve.

Visit 1 eventually involved 2 engineers who,after much use of rods and camera were unable to locate the blockage and we were told they would need to return to remove the toilet and use a different mechanism to remove the blockage.
We were not charged for this visit but we agreed to an increased charge for the second visit.
It took 2 emails and an irate phone call to establish a date for the second visit which occurred 14days after the first.

Visit 2 was attended by a mature and obviously very experienced engineer who located the outlet drain shortly after arriving and cleared the blockage and departed within 40 mins.

The first visit and subsequent lack of communication was very poor.
The speedy response to my irate phone call which prompted visit2 and the quality and competence displayed by the engineer where worth 5 stars

Mike Gibson came out to help me with a blockage in my toilet. He called me 30min before to let me know his arrival time and was very prompt. Mike was very knowledgable, polite and kind, fixing the issue for me and talking me through it all and showing me his findings. He even very kindly gave me tips for looking after my septic tank as I’m new to them. We now have a working toilet and a bucket load of knowledge.

Great service. The engineer (is that the right term!) was personable, polite, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions patiently (and there were a lot of them) and a real credit to the company.

Fantastic service from Iain, John and the team. Easy to contact ( yes, you speak to real people ! ) quick to respond, great communication e.g. letting you know when driver en route etc, knowledgeable staff and fair prices. A benchmark in how things should be done.
Highly recommended.

Excellent work and experience with Will who came out initially after I had already spent money on someone to come out and look at my drains.

Will tried a few things and finally found the solution, then a month or so after another ptoblem came and he came right back out and sorted it once again as well as helping with a few other things and supporting me with troubleshooting measures in the future.

I can’t rate Will highly enough, great knowledge and superb customer service. My only issue was not calling Dyno Rod straight away. Yes it was slightly more expensive (not that much) but if I called Will and Dyno rod first would have saved myself a couple hundreds calling “non-experts” 100% worth the money, and Will was a top guy who treated us with respect and I can’t thank him enough!

You have a real gem of an employee in Will! I hope I never need to see him again, but things always happen out our control and know if things go wrong he will be on hand to help!

We had a complicated blockage. But Dyno Rod sorted it. Mark Gledhill Did a very thorough job and put every effort in to getting us unblocked!

Lewis explained the issues, the work he was doing and reasons behind them. Troubleshooted the problems we had in a methodical manner step by step. Polite and professional, set the bar for a tradesman to come and work in your house. Thanks

Sam who came to our house was great, however, the central office team were not. I had made sure I was available for the 8am - 1pm window and had a courtesy call at the start of the day, but there was no sign and no update on when the technician would arrive and had to call up to find out. The technician didn’t arrive until 14:30. I asked what compensation would be given and although they said they apologised, it wasn’t sincere and they gave the excuse for the delay and no compensation for the inconvenience. Very disappointing and I am not sure I would use the company again although Sam the technician was good.

The degree to which our drains turned out to be blocked far exceeded what I had imagined and was quite a shock. Lewis dealt with the problem in a very professional and thorough manner and remained polite and courteous throughout until everything was in perfect working order again. He took time to fully examine the completed work to make sure there were no further blockages in our drain run. Very happy with the service, thank you.

Follow up of my previous review, thanks for Dyno for reacting swiftly to my complaint regarding broken manhole cover and base during the work done last Tuesday, the engineer Alex came back today and exchanged it with new one.

John Edwards was great, fast to come out, cracked on, sorted the blockage via jetting and showed me cctv of why it was blocked. Reasonable price

Sunday morning blocked drain. The Dyno-Rod engineer arrived within an hour. He did an excellent job, great communication. Sorted quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
