The workman was very professional and worked out the problem quickly. He made sure everything was clean and tidy when he left. He also gave good advice for prevention of the problem arising.

Very easy to arrange, convenient timescale. Had a message to confirm and then a call to advise on his way. Can't remember his name, but he was excellent. Finding issue well away from the toilet. Good enough to clear issue which was also impacting neighbour. First time I've used their service and based on my experience would highly recommend.

Excellent service on a blocked sink drain. Speedily cleared when my efforts had failed, nice chap attended who knew exactly what to do. More expensive than I was hoping for, but had no choice...

Excellent service which identified the issue was a Severn Trent Water matter. Engineer could not have been more helpful and efficient and no charge made

Managed to sort out our blocked drain despite the unusual circumstances

I had a CCTV drain survey booked with Dyno-Rod, only to find out on the day that they hadn’t actually booked the correct service. This wasted my time and the time of my house sellers and estate agents who were all waiting around for a survey that never happened.
When I contacted them to sort it out, the staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. No accountability and no effort to fix the issue they created.

A completely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I won’t be using Dyno-Rod again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Man team did such a good job - resolved the blockage ( unbelievable amount of scale in the pipes) it took them some time to do it but they were very thorough

The bloke had a look at it to not a degree bins and he did not want to do the job

Incredible service from Cliff when dealing with our blocked drain, after being ripped off by another company. Cliff was dedicated and brilliant at problem solving alongside Martin. Highly recommend.

Severn Trent not really interested in clearing my blocked sewage pipe. Dynorod turned up within 3 hours of calling them, Cliff solved the issue quickly and efficiently as well as confirming the problem lay outside the property boundary and so in Severn Trent’s area of responsibility. Great service all round.

I called out Dyno-Rod for a blocked drain and I was shown that the blockage wasn’t within my boundary. With a photograph of the blockage caused by roots I was able to prove to Severn Trent that it was their responsibility. The Dyno- Rod engineer was so helpful and went out of his way to explain and sort out the issue.

Blockage wasn't cleared but still charged £190 for the privilege of attending.
Couldn't clear the blockage from inside and couldn't get the external manhole cover off, they did try but still left with a blocked soil stack. They did say to call back if we managed to get the cover off which we did but they had finished for the day.... thought it was supposed to be a 24hr emergency service.... was told ro ring the main number again and I wouldn't be charged again.
We managed to to it ourselves in the end as there was no answer.
If you can't clear the blockage you shouldn't be charged full price
