Very easy to book a slot and they called 30 minutes before arriving.
Cliff was absolutely amazing, he was so professional and hardworking. He cleared by blockage due to his excellent knowledge.

Arrived within an hour of calling, nice friendly guy, knew exactly where to look for blockage, and was sorted. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely 💯 amazing service. I had 3 engineers involved in my BIG job Martin, Mat & Sean they were so helpful in explaining everything step by step on the job.

I was so worried about the whole job but they really did help me by getting me booked in and sorted within a reasonable time frame, so grateful for that!

Will definitely use Dyno-rod again as you do get a full report on your job and they will be no cutting corners, they say it the way it is honestly.

I have always had insurance with them and I highly recommend it to everyone who reads this review to get it. It saves you from cowboys who sell you the world but deliver you more damage to your property.

Easy to book a slot, Engineer arrived called to let me know when he was on his way. Danny was great, cleared the blockage promptly and went through the cctv feed showing the issues on the run that were causing the problems, advised and quoted for some work required in the near future and reported the issues to severn trent portion of the line, guiding us through the process and explaining everything clearly

Appalling service. Requested support 8.30am and advised an engineer would be with me for lunchtime. When a no-show was advised it would be by 6.00pm - still a no-show. No phone call to explain the no show.

Clearly now Dyno Rod are partnered with Bristol Gas, they don't care about their reputation.

Came out within the hour, after an easy to contact website. Dealt with so efficiently and quickly and by a really friendly but professional engineer. We highly recommend this company without doubt!

Engineer Dan was polite, helpful and very informative.
We had been passed to Dyno by Severn Trent as they said they cleared the sewage pipe but we had a problem with our private drain from the loo.
Dan popped the camera down and our drains were perfectly clear. Result was us having to contact Severn Trent again and claim costs back and another call out for Severn Trent to do the job they should have done properly in the first place. Dan went above and beyond. Would recommend Dyno-rod every time. Thank you

Pros: Very friendly, quick and efficient.

Cons: It would have been useful to know I had to pay at the door once the work was completed, this wasn’t an issue just wasn’t expecting it.

The engineer, Danny, was very helpful and cleared our blockage quickly and efficiently. He also gave advice on what caused the blockage and how to keep an eye on it for the future. All done on a Sunday morning. Well done. Pricing and options were clearly explained.

Very professional and friendly.

The Dyno-Rod engineer who came to my home was really helpful, taking care to explain all of the options available in order to resolve the blockage. Whilst the problem is not yet resolved due to challenges associated with access to pipework in my home, I’ve no doubt all will be ok once access has been enabled and the Dyno-Rod engineer has returned to complete the job.
