The engineer Danny was extremely polite hard working and did an amazing job clearing my 37 drains.
Very professional and friendly.

The Dyno-Rod engineer who came to my home was really helpful, taking care to explain all of the options available in order to resolve the blockage. Whilst the problem is not yet resolved due to challenges associated with access to pipework in my home, I’ve no doubt all will be ok once access has been enabled and the Dyno-Rod engineer has returned to complete the job.

Turned up same day within 4 hours. Their hoses weren't quite long enough but with a bit of ingenuity and persistence they cleared the blockage. Polite and considerate (shoes off in doors). Great service and reasonably priced.

As there were still problems after the first visit, Rob arrived today. He was very friendly and clear in explaining what the problem was likely to be. Hopefully it’s now solved but he told me to get in touch again if it recurs and has a plan if needed. All very reassuring.

Rod arrived soon after I telephoned and was able to un block the drain in minutes. He was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. What a wonderful service, I would definitely recommend Dyno Rod.

A good response to my cry for help. They turned out on Christmas Day, the engineer was helpful, considerate and very capable. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received.

Danny did a great job unblocking my wet room shower drain. Explaining each part of the process which he tried and the potential repercussions. Gave it a good test before leaving. One happy customer.

I called Dyno Rod at 16.27 this afternoon after having battled with a blocked pipe all afternoon- by 16.54 they had arrived and no more than 15 minutes later, the problem was fixed!

The 2 guys who came explained what would happen on each day. I have never seen any workmen work so hard and be so proffessional. They were incredibly polite and respectful of my property. They kept the area as tidy as possible. I am truly in awe. Just amazing.

Excellent service. One of the gentleman that diagnosed the problem with our drains volunteered to work on his day off in order to speed up our repair. Very much appreciated. Both men were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to help.

Had blocked loo, tried various plumbers but they couldn't come out till Monday. This was Saturday! Phoned dyno rod and told guy what problem was but my phoned played up. Just managed to say post code. He turned up and fixed it. Was so relieved....literally. Think his name was Danny ,many thanks.

Lesson learned

Fast and efficient. Booked visit on-line, easy and quick. Guy came on time. Found rogue piece of concrete in drain catching all the loo paper!! Removed concrete. All now in order. Definitely use them again (but hope we don’t need to!!).

They came out on the same day, on a Saturday. The guy was really helpful and nothing was too much. He persevered with the job and managed to get it all unblocked, which it had probably been for over a year. Great service start to finish. No hidden coats or extras, just a great job at a fair price

Blockages all resolved within minutes.
A very friendly engineer who also explained how to maintain our drains for the future.
It is expensive, but I do feel as though it’s worth it for peace of mind and sorted by professionals with the correct equipment.
