Brilliant service from Dyno rod recently. Had a blocked drain with waste water coming into the property and within a few minutes of calling them they were on their way. They got to the property and because of a complication they couldn’t begin work but when I phoned back later they were on it straight away. It was an awful job and they carried it out efficiently and courteously. I can’t thank them enough !!!

Wayne arrived within a few hours of booking and called to say he was on his way. Got stuck into fixing the blocked kitchen drain/gully straight away. It was more complicated than first anticipated but it was all sorted within an hour and he cleared away all the gunk around the drain. Explained everything he was doing and cleaned up all the splashes.

Wayne was brilliant new the route of the problem straight away. Even on a Sunday was friendly and professional. Cleared the issue quickly and left the place tidy cheers

Easy booking via the internet, a phone call from Keith to inform us he was on route and without fuss was able to confirm where the problem lay.. Definitely Dyno Rod would be my first call option if we had a problem again.

Wayne came round at 8.30am, which was great - I was told it would be between 8am and 1pm. Drain was blocked with hardened grease - Wayne diagnosed the problem in no time and cleared the blockage really quickly - polite, high quality, efficient, professional service with a big smile!

I booked online on the Sunday evening and got the email confirmation straightaway. This was followed by an email and text in the morning to let me know someone would be there that day. I then got a call later in the morning from John, the engineer, who said he was around 30mins away. He arrived and tried to unblock the drain, but it wasn't shifting. We needed to access the manhole, which had been covered over, so he deferred the job and came back the next day to sort it all, once the manhole was accessible. Despite how full the manhole and drains were, he got it all sorted in less than 30mins and everything is flowing again so I'm very happy.

Wayne attended promptly and removed the blockages effectively. He also checked that the drain was in a sound condition using cameras.

Booked online and followed up with a call as needed from unblocking before holiday cottage guests arrived next day.
Wayne called me 7am next day said he would be here by 8am, gave costs and asked questions about issue.

I was able to book an appointment online for the next day for a blocked drain. A survey done on a new property stated the drain was blocked. When the guy came from dynorod, he quickly identified that it was just surface dirt. He cleared it away and even checked a second drain. As it wasn't blocked, there was no charge! He was on time and messaged to say he was on his way and couldn't have been more helpful when he arrived. Definitely worthy of 5☆

Excellent service. Phoned at 9.30am and sorted by 1.30pm. Really good communication at first phone call, outlining costs and how/when to pay. Really good communication advising of arrival and managed the fact it is a tenant in the property/ payment and invoice Really well. Great service!

100% I would have this company back. The lad was spot on I can only have good things to say about this company. He got straight on with what needed to be done and was lovely. Honestly it was well worth the money!!! A+ to this company thank you so much !!!!!

Took a while to get through to Dyno Rod initially but, once booked in, I knew the time scale for engineers to visit.
Wayne and Jake attended early pm , following a t/c from Wayne giving estimated time of arrival. Wayne provided price of job so I knew upfront & payment methods.
The work was carried out very efficiently and Wayne in particular was very helpful, polite/ courteous and friendly. He checked my downstairs toilet ( inc. flush) and respected my home. The job took only 20 mins or so and I felt entirely confident that Wayne had everything under control from the outset.
I sought advice re cause of blockage to drain/ back blockage to toilet. He gave me very clear and concise advise as to how to minimise a re - occurrence of problem.
An excellent service from Wayne and Jake.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dyno Rod to anyone.

Promt response - on site early in the morning following an evening phone call.
Problem resolved an hour after arrival.
