First class service from start to finish. Unblocking an outside drain on a Saturday.

Very helpful and kind. They fixed my drainage issue so quickly and the service was great!

Excellent work. The technician, Wayne, came round and established that what I thought the problem was didn’t actually exist. Recommended what had to be done before he returned. Had no doubts at all that he could clear the blockage and he was right. Perfect work. Had other people round, but he was far and away better. Totally recommend.

Fabulous customer service and swift arrival. From receptionist to manager to drain engineer, the service was excellent. The manager put me at ease having had 3 stressful days of being told by the insurance company different scenarios for why I had water coming into the property down an internal stack pipe. They suggested i get a trace and access report done, researched this and was very expensive. I phoned Dyno rod and within 15 minutes I had an engineer at my property, he reassured me that if it was drainage issue he would sort it. He checked the manhole and it was not blocked, he put the camera up the drains right up into the toilet waste pipe and there was no sign of damage to any pipe work. The engineer checked the seals on internal pipe work, which was fine. He then suggested it could be a roofing issue. Hey presto, someone that actually had a sensible reason to the issue. Yes I paid happily for the drains to be checked as the peace of mind I now have that it's not that, that was causing the problem. Well done Keith. Roofer now working to resolve the leak.

Arrived on time, identified the problem within 15 minutes and cleared the blockage quickly. The technician cleaned the area, briefed me on the problem and the guarantee before departing. Excellent work.

My bathroom toilet was blocked, couldn't clear it with my plunger. My usual plumber recommended Dyno-Rod. It was a Saturday too, Dyno-Rod arrived 45 mins after my initial call, Keith cleared the blockage within 10 mins and inspected the outside drains and ensured all 3 inlets from upstairs were running clear and explained which sink and toilet in the house led to which outlet for me.
Keith was amenable and professional throughout. Also gave me some other usefull tips.

Wayne has just made my day. If I could give more stars,then I would. Above and beyond the normal service, Wayne explained everything to me so I could understand. A brilliant job done from a brilliant man.

Efficient, appt booked to suit and kept to the date and time. In fact was early. The man was polite, friendly and very quickly sorted the problem. Not cheap, but a service required and very reliable.

Ive taken too long to write this review so have forgotten the date but it was late Oct 25.
I didn't want to just let the review slide as the service was exemplary.
I was really worried and anxious but when Wayne arrived, he was reassuring and and just got straight on with the job. He was extremely thorough and determined to find the problem. He went way above and beyond duty to find a solution and of course he did.
He is an asset to Dyno rod and a thoughtful and professional workman. He made an awful experience far less stressful for me and I can't thank him enough.
