Central heating repair
Charlie came to fit a new valve for our central heating system. He rang beforehand so I knew roughly what time he would arrive. He was very polite and efficient and had the job done in no time. I would highly recommend Charlie and Dyno.

Exceptional customer service
Marcus , who came to site to deal with the blocked mains waste was brilliant. Checked the entire drain system and explained what he found. Cleared the issue( tree roots ) and showed me on the camera screen so I can advise my neighbours. Despite it being an out of hours call, a really nasty issue and rubbish weather, he didn't rush the job and was very patient answering all our questions.

Extremely helpful Dyno-Man
The Dyno-Man was very helpful, advising that I could call my water company who would do it for free. I still chose to use Dyno-Rod, for speed and because of their good reputation. He rodded and found the blockage, cleared and washed everything down and spoke to the water company who are coming out to inspect the shared pipe in due course.
Cannot fault the service in any way and am extremely happy with the outcome. Money well spent and I now have peace of mind. Thank you very much.

Called and booked a visit for the next day.I was called before attendance and blocked pipes were expertly cleared and checked for restored drainage. Everything was left clean.

Called Dyno Rod for a blocked drain and leaking washing machine - Ryan came first thing next morning and was a very pleasant chap who cleared everything and also checked other pipes and washing machine connectors whilst he was there for me.
Cleaned up everything and left it as was when he turned up.

Really great end to end service
Rhys and James were both courteous, respectful and made my 9o year old Nan feel safe, supported and confident that the issue was being resolved. All requests regarding communication and payments were followed. The work was completed to a really high standard, its very neat and tidy.
