Jo arrived on the dot
Jo arrived on the dot. He was polite yet friendly. He spent some time trying to solve the problem with a simple plunger before bringing out the big guns and blasting the hair blockage into outer space!! Way to go. Jo! Having resolved the problem he left the bathroom in an immaculate condition, almost like brand new, closing the front door with a quiet "'bye". Thank you so much, Jo. Thus ended 12 months of worry as to whether I could afford it or not, and is there anyone who can fix it?

Just not fair and reasonabl
1. Failed to mention possibility of an extra £144 needed for two men on very small job. Only amended after intervention of builders
2.Exaggerated time on site - saying they arrived before they did and saying they left after they did. Not amending the £84 overcharge!
3. Leaving the site with drainpipe leaking and without fixing it back to wall -
all made worse by not advising they had done so. Had to get builders to make good.

Quick efficient and though expensive worth it!
Radley fixed a blocked drain for us. Came in less than 24 hrs. Radley Identified root cause, explained it thoroughly to me, repaired efficiently and gave excellent advice to prevent reoccurring - lovely guy - great service. Expensive but got value for money.

Required expert drain engineer urgently…
Required expert drain engineer urgently to unblock a filled manhole.
Called Dyno rod and they dispatched an engineer within a few hours.-excellent.
They kept me informed of arrival.
Engineer on site was knowledgeable, polite and put mind at rest that the job can be done unblocking my drains.(I'm elderly)
Very thorough job, drains and pipes cleaned, inspected with camera showing cause of the problem leading to this point. We just moved into this property and anxious it could be more serious.
Glad to say alls good. No hesitation in calling them if needs arise or recommending them for thier expertise. They all have all the special high powered jetting tools required.
A great job, site left clean and tidy with all 3 manhole covers reseated.

Excellent customer service.
After booking a visit online @ 18.00hrs for the next day, I received a telephone call at 8am informing me someone would be with my elderly mum within 45 mins. Oscar rang & confirmed & was with us within the time. Assessed the situation, got on with the job efficiently, kept me up to date with procedures & successfully cleared the blockage. Excellent, friendly worker, cleaned up after himself & left my mother with the satisfaction that the job has been well done. Thank you Oscar & Dyno-rod. :)

Had a flood and was u nable to turn st opcock it had ceased a plumber came out from dyno had to put new piping in and lever stopcock Charlie Hesketh waa very efficient and friendly made a fantastic job would rate him very highly thankyou
