The two guys that came out to fix my blocked drains were absolutely brilliant. They were polite, very efficient, clean tidy and worked really hard in the very short time they were here. Communication was excellent throughout. The were too polite to accept teas and coffees so I tipped them £10 each. Will definitely recommend.

Blocked outside drain
Turned up within 3hrs of calling, unblocked drain. Checked if there were any issues with the drain using CCTV camera and hosed area before leaving. Very pleased of the response considering it was Christmas Eve.

First class service to fix my blocked…
First class service to fix my blocked drain problem. The engineer, Spenser, was polite, efficient & his general demeanour exuded confidence. Problem was an invading tree root which backed up the sewage line all the way to the road. Within 30 mins that was all gone, including photographic evidence of his skill & knowledge.

No fuss, no hassle. Rang at 10am engineers arrived around 12:30 same day and sorted the problem in under two hours. Professional, kept me in the loop as they tried to figure out where the blockage was. Excellent service.

The engineers showed up when promised and really took their time to answer my million questions about the issue, the drainage and completed the job efficiently and professionally. Very pleasant experience and left no stone unturned. Please do pass this onto the engineer if possible as he was truly a credit to the company.
