Dyno-Rod - Norwich, Ipswich and East Anglia Reviews 

Have been told by head office my mum would get an engineer this afternoon as she is vulnerable (86) and only has one toilet (blocked). Ten minutes later a chap calls from Norwich to inform me he has four guys off sick and wouldn't be able to get there until tomorrow at the earliest. Asked what i should do? His response was call another company!!!! his attitude fell far below my expectations of i'm assuming manager. Have used this company twice before but will never use again. So much for vulnerable!!!!

You offered to come after your Norwich team said they had no-one available? I was not willing to have my mum answer a door in the dark ( no lamps outside) please do not pass this onto us...your Norwich branch manager was very dismissive of my mums situation....as title says....vulnerable! Dyno rod couldn't care less....very different to 2021 when we needed Christmas night...he was lovely....

They came within a few hours and sorted the problem within 30 minutes. Lovely fella who sorted the problem and gave some good advice. Excellent experience

Quick, efficient, solved the issue in a matter of a few hours

The plumber, who arrived on time, was polite and courteous. He spent considerable time on the task, and was thorough and professional. At the end of the job, he gave good advice in regards to the plumbing problem.

I was particularly impressed with Oscar, the on call technician. He was very competent and provided excellent customer service - fully resolving the issue. He communicated well and was supportive, considerate of local residents.

I was more than satisfied with a blocked drain callout in Cromer, Norfolk. The engineer was helpful, friendly and efficient and offered clear advice for the future. He ran the camera inside all of the front garden drains and onto the sewer in the road and I had a good view. He lifted manhole covers and removed a mass of roots, weeds and unpleasantness. Everything is now clear and running freely.

I was informed exactly when the guy would arrive. Within minutes he was investigating our problem which was slow moving water from the bathroom. He did a cctv investigation on our pipes and found the blockage due to limescale. Very pleasant and helpful guy, let us know what further work might be needed although for now our problem is solved. We can use the shower again.

I used Dyno about 15 years ago, they were brilliant then and still are. The lady at HQ was very efficient and organised the day for cleaning our overflowing drains. The two guys turned up on New Year's eve and within 45 minutes the job was done with good spirit and efficiently. It's a pleasure to deal with such a professional organisation, the banks could learn how to treat customers from this fabulous team.
