I contacted Dyno-Rod, Norwich, on Sunday 18 January, as my toilet had become blocked and an engineer, Spencer, arrived a few hours later to deal with it. He cleared the blockage, which he advised was due to roots growing in the pipework. As there was a danger that the toilet could quickly become blocked again, Dyno arranged for Spencer and a colleague to carry out emergency root-cutting work three days later, for which I was extremely appreciative and grateful. I subsequently decided to have further work carried out to restore the pipework to good order, which involved the installation of Localiners in the pipes. This work has now been carried out by Spencer, who on all three occasions has been professional, efficient and thorough. I have been a very satisfied customer of Dyno-Road for several years and would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.

Excellent experience. I was a bit worried about the cost and the worry of it going over the hour but the problem was investigated and resolved. Fingers crossed I don’t need to use them again but would happily if I had to.

I was wary about using them after spending £700 on a local cowboy.
However, the man from Dyno Rod was absolutely superb. Fixed the problem efficiently, tidied up after himself, and charged less than half of what I was previously charged

Lovely guy came to sort the problem but I’m dissapinted that with such a high call out - £175 that he did not have all the equipment that he said he needed . Yes he did get some of the roots out that were causing the problem but at that price I would expect him to have all the kit in the van

Speedy, Efficient and Informative
I have just used Dyno-Rod for the second time in 11 years. I different problem this time. The booking system was very simple with a very quick appointment being made. I needed CCTV imaging of some outside pipes as we are concerned we had movement in our property. The engineer who turned up on time, was polite, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them and would happily use again if the need arises.

Great Service
The technicians who attended our call out were great. They went above and beyond to sort out the problem and checked everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Explaining the work they had done and how they could help in the future if needed before they left. Communication by phone and text updates was also first class. The addition of a local branch phone number helped as I wanted to fine tune the arrival time so I was there. Great, would recommend.
