Excellent service. The 2 men who came were very polite and helpful and did everything in their power to resolve the issue. My father is elderly and very venerable. From the first call until they arrived it was approximately 2hours I could not fault this company in any way. I would recommend.

Sent an email in the evening and by 8am they phoned ( lady on the phone so reassuring and helpful) . Then a call from Daniel to say he was 10 mins away. He was professional, polite , great at explaining as he went along and listened. All fixed by 11.30 am Brilliant .

Easy to book, great communication, called to say in way, dealt with quick and helpful advice given.

Excellent quick response to my blocked pipe issue. Daniel was pleasant, polite and thorough in his work. He diligently surveyed our waste system before starting and In no time he cleared the blockage, refitted the pipework and ensured I was happy. Great work well done!

Bradley from Dyno Rod Norwich sorted our drains today, friendly, professional and efficient service. Offered some general advice about maintaining drains. Much appreciated

We had a problem with our toilet waste not draining after flushing, so called for an engineer. Call was made Thursday am, we were told the engineer couldn't come until later that afternoon. As we only have 1 loo in the house, it wasn't ideal! Two engineers arrived at 4pm. Tried to clear the blockage, which was apparently caused by limescale build ups over the years. They tried with their equipment but it wasn't working. They said the company would have to send an alternative engineer on Friday morning. Leaving us overnight without a toilet. I had already struggled being at home without facilities all day, (husband had at least been at work). My sister put us up overnight.
Next morning, the new guy arrived and spent nearly 2 hours clearing limescale. Said if we wanted it the pipes to be completely pristine, he would be longer. Or he could clear everything and get as much out as possible. I said as long as it was usable and able to last for a few more years. So that is what we opted for. Fast forward to Sunday (less than 2 days later), the water started being slow to drain after flushing. So we have called the company back, to fix the problem. They can't come out until Monday, between 8am and 6pm. I didn't go for the one star option, as the engineers were polite and seemed professional.

The guys were quick and efficient. They did a damn fine job. Good to have met them, I thank them for their service.

Jamie and his mate were really great, had a blocked toilet, they flushed the pipes through, got to see the clean pipes through the camera.

Got here quick and the lad called when on his way like they said they would.turned up,very polite and told me all that he was doing.very very happy.THANK YOU.

she reasured me someone would be out within a few hours which they were Bradley soon got the drains unblocked , he was very kind and friendly telling me what was going on and what needed to be done ,i would recommend this company.

The call centre responded to my call without making me hold in a queue.
The young lady who took my call, was friendly, efficient and booked me in for a same day visit with a reasonable window, to deal with my emergency drain blockage.
Bradley. The engineer, was similarly friendly and efficient and dealt with my blockage without delay.
I was very impressed with attitude and skill of the Dynorod staff who attended to me.

Hi Booked Dyno-Rod Norwich to come out and remove a limescale deposit in the drain or an upstairs sink.
The booking system was easy to use, the Plummer who turned up, Bradley, was efficient and got on with the work and within 20 mins the water was flowing away down the drain without hindrance.
Can’t say enough good things about the whole experience and great value for money.

Very efficient, friendly service who took time to explain what were drain issues were and clear the blockage. Slightly pricey but everything costs money these days.
