Very good and professional staff

I recently experienced an extremely stressful situation when water began accumulating in the ground-floor ceiling and started leaking directly toward a light fixture. The smoke detector was triggered, and there was a real concern that the electrical wiring could become hazardous. The source of the leak was the bathroom on the first floor. To prevent a potentially serious incident, I immediately switched off both the electricity and the water supply to the house.
Thankfully, the team at Dyno Plumbing responded quickly, identified the problem, and repaired it in less than two hours. Their professionalism, efficiency, and prompt service turned a very stressful experience into a positive one. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company.

Dyno-Rod are the best - they resolve my issue with leakage and other plumbing straight away. Harry was vey nice and polite with full experience.

Arrived on time

The two plumbers that attended to my emergency of leaking toilet cistern were quick in identifying the problem and getting it fixed in record.

Great Service

We have a Policy with British Gas covering our Plumbing and Heating.
Our Water Softner sprung a leak and needed isolating.
British Gas said this wasn’t covered and we would have to pay Dyno.
The Engineer came when expected and isolated the Water Softner.
He was polite, informative and explained everything.
He also said it was covered under our policy so there was nothing to pay.
Excellent Service 10/10

Excellent service

Sean came to my house today to fit a tap and was very efficient and polite. The whole process of getting a leaking tap replaced was fairly painless using British Gas Homecare. Happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

I telephoned Dyno Rod on Friday late PM…

I telephoned Dyno Rod on Friday late PM 06.02.26. The call handler was extremely helpful, informative, compassionate & professional!
As discussed & agreed, the engineer (Harry) arrived on the afternoon of Monday 9th February, and telephoned 5 mins before arriving. He was extremely helpful, polite, professional and offered various options and advice to repairing the water leak and offered me reassurance when I needed it.However, I’m still waiting to receive the quotes via e-mail.

Another '1' just because theres no Zero..!!

Absolutely horrendous… Three visits so far to fix a dripping radiator valve and now there’s no heating and a pipe that has been bent and mangled by the cowboy ‘plumber’.
My sister, who is disabled with MS, has unfortunately been put in touch with these cowboys via a British Gas contract and has been waiting for the rad valve to be fixed for over two weeks and has now been left with a disconnected radiator, a pipe that has been mangled within an inch of its life and now just left sticking out of the wall meaning she now has no heating at all and they now wont be back for another two weeks to fix it..
I wouldn’t recommend these people to someone I hate let alone someone who is vulnerable.. Oh and don’t try to phone them as you’ll be bounced around with a string of excuses especially on a Friday afternoon

Estimate three time original quote give at time of appointment

Give a estimate to tighten up kitchen tap and repair leaking rad valve of £109.

On the day of the appointment chap arrived was unable to tell me a price said he had to speak with the office.
He then drove off.
After taking the day off work and waiting for quote was sent an email with a price of £325.31

So we have gone from £109 to £325.

Will not recommend

What a rip off.

P.s. plumber was pleasant. DYNOROD is bureaucratic and a rip off

I can’t give you zero

I can’t give you zero. Didn’t know how to remove or refit the toilet. Lost a fitting. We now have a dripping doing suggesting a leak which wasn’t there before (the call out was not a leak. I suggest you contact me before I contact you. Do NOT send the same person back.
