Excellent service. Problem resolved quickly. Will definitely use them again

Contacted British Gas as saw a leak mark in the ceiling. They made the appointment for the following day and the leak was found in a very short time and repaired. The remedial works to repair the flooring was completed by Raymond very quickly and efficiently. Both engineers were very polite and curtious and worked quickly. Great service thank you.

Had a new shower fitted Kieran and James did an excellent job very pleased

Not impressed. Misdiagnosed the problem. Quoted for a repair that would have cost c.£1500 which was not needed. If it hadn't have been for my persistence and subsequent assistance the issue would never have been resolved.
I don't blame the plumbers who came to the job I blame the management and their training.
I don't trust them and would not use again.

You came in had a look and left didn't say anything, went to your van and drove off...what's happening next? Mums 92 what service is this?

I had a leak from my upstairs shower coming down into my dining room ceiling. I booked a Dyno engineer via British Gas Home Service. The engineer took a while to address the leak and left a huge hole on my ceiling. The fix didn’t work and hey had to come back 4 times to stop the leak (including a total burst of the pipe when all water from my shower flooded my downstairs). This has been going on for almost 3 months, several appointments, 2 no shows, finally plastered the hole this week after they said is was done… and then today, just before Christmas, it started leaking massively again! I don’t believe the engineers are qualified enough and lead times for appointments are huge, which is extremely frustrating!

I have had 4 plumbers around to fix ,what started as a leaking tap and after destroying my bathroom and my front garden
plus repeated visits and a complaint that started 5 months ago, I now have a tap that my wife who has arthritis in her hands can't turn the hot tap on. The 4th plumber who looked about 10 years old came around a sprayed wd40 on it and said that will do. I have even sent an email to the ceo telling them how poor the service is. Please do not use this company find a local plumber from Trust a trader.

The Plummer who came was very polite and worked efficiently to isolate my enclosed toilet. He updated me as to what he needed to do at various points and left everything clean and tidy.

Contacted via British Gas urgent call out as vunerable homeowner with no water as result of a leak.
Leak repaired very quickly so had time to install a new tap for the homeowner aswell.

Had an engineer (Clarence) come out as I had a leak coming from some pipe work under my floor boards upstairs. The problem was found and fixed there and then. Very impressed with the engineer for his speedy work.

Keep getting texts and appointment messages and I haven’t even booked? I’ve asked them to delete my number from their system and email their customer to give the correct number. Still getting calls from them. I live the other end of the country so I wouldn’t pick a company in Essex?

Fantastic service from start to finish!

I had no water coming from hot water faucets. When I contacted the company, they attended the next day. The plumber was friendly & efficient. He sorted the problem & it was excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if i experience any other problems.
