Leaking tank
Alex came promptly had good communication and completed the job and kept us informed on everything he was carrying out. He fixed the job and ordered a new part to be installed next week. He was very informative, polite and respectful of our property.

Five star engineer
Alex was prompt, efficient, and did not give up when the fitting of the new tap proved challenging. He thought outside the box and made some adjustments to the surface underneath the sink, to make the tap fit perfectly, I am sure not everyone would have done the same, so I am very grateful for his dedication to completing the job and doing it well. Many thanks. Five star engineer.

Another great service
Had Jacob and Alex round on an all day job today to replace our hot water cylinder. It really was an all day job with them being here for over 12 hours. They were both extremely friendly and professional lads to have in our home and were definitely the “dream team” on this complex job! Would highly recommend this company again and Jacob and Alex. They even hoovered up after themselves which is always a win for me
