I booked an engineer today as got a leak coming through the living room customer service said someone will be round from 1-6pm today that was fine. What threw me under the bus was that the assigned engineer calls at 5pm saying whats the job about explained it as no notes that was fine but he then said I was going to go home so he wasn't going to come to my job and go straight home when confronted said i will be there in 30-40min this is not professional behaviour at all appalled by the behaviour.

Booked through British Gas for a leaking tap. Kev was super friendly and so helpful. Great job and a fab new kitchen tap!

Really good experience. From booking a time on the website to the plumber arriving on time and doing the job quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Very pleased with the service I received from Dyno-Rod. Had to lovely engineers on 2 separate days to sort out my leaking toilet. It needed more parts than expected so had to have a second visit. Kept informed all the way through can't fault the service provided.
Update: The toilet had to be repaired again for the 3rd time because the wrong part had been fitted causing yet another leak.

Kev(plumber) and Marcus(drains) were absolutely spot on. Very professional approach to their work and couldn’t do enough to help put things right - really top lads - 5* both of them 👍

The Dyno plumber was very efficient, professional and hard-working. We were more than satisfied with the results.

Absolutely awful service. Had an emergency leak Fri 31st/3. Rang early and told engineer would come out. He eventually came. I told him how to take apart interlocking floor tiles and bath panels. However he didn't listen. After banging up and down, I found he had cut round floor tiles and prised them up so damaging them and broken the bath panels. Rang on the Monday, they knew nothing, sent another engineer to take pictures and measurements. Told to wait a week due to bank hols before contacting them. From then on it's been a nightmare, had to measure the bathroom, provide quote for tiles and a plumber, as they don't fit them, order tiles and pick them up ourselves, get the plumber to replace the whole floor which was completed 23/6. They had said to let them know when floor completed so as to replace end bath panel. Emailed them that day,then the following week and the week after and then again!. Absolutely NO communication from them nor any acknowledgement of said emails. Tel call Mon that someone would come yesterday which he did with a side panel when it was an end panel broken. He had to cut down. So nearly 4 months to repair the damage caused because the original plumber didn't listen. Never had any apology from managers. Disgusted that I pay for emergency cover, and end up with so much unnecessary damage.

All on time,very polite plumber,got the job done with no mess,was very efficient,all excellent.would definitely recommend.

The plumber who attended, Ryan, arrived when he said he would and did a first class job in both diagnosing the source of our leak and promptly fixing it. He did such a neat job that we will incur no additional expense in putting back the part of the floor he had to lift to get at the leak. Furthermore, Ryan was very professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Service engineer arrived promptly and fitted new raps. He was polite and worked tidily without leaving any mess.

The work done at our home was quick and professional. The young man was polite, efficient and timely. From first visit, ordering product required and fitting it was just a couple of days. Well done .

I rang up in the morning with a blocked toilet. By lunchtime Marcus arrived. A lovely pleasant man.
I was Informed before he of the price. It was a Saturday therfore was more expensive £212
Marcus had the job done in about 10 mins. At the time I didn't mind paying I was just relieved to have my toilet working again.
But the more I think about it, I think the charging system is unfair. It is one flat fee no matter how long or SHORT the job is.
I would like to see a fairer sliding scale of charges.
Maybe a call-out fee, then a set amount for every 15-20 mins.

Adam arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and with minimal disruption. He explained at the outset what he would do and made some improvements to the pipework in addition to replacing the taps.

Booked through British Gas HomeCare. Mitchell arrived and fixed everything and went above with the service.Took care of everything. Highly recommend him.

Booked initially through British Gas service contract for overflow pipe. An engineer called Roy attended. He rang with time of arrival and explained what he was doing. When I needed another job doing I requested Roy again. He did another fantastic job for me again. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Booked an all day slot 8-6 because that’s all they offer. Waited until 4:30 called the centre and told engineer would be with me soon. Didn’t arrive. Called again at 5:40. Will be with me soon. Wasn’t. Called again at 7:30. Engineer not answering apparently. Turns up at 9pm. Engineer says he got given the job at 5pm. They lied and they don’t care. Appalling customer service. Don’t bother
