Excellent service from the office and great guy came out and fixed block and was really helpful and recommended replacement.

Liam the plumber arrived at the agreed time and carried out the required work in a most efficient manner completing this within c100 minutes. I was very happy with the work carried out and the price charged.
Earlier on there had been some problems/confusion about appointments booked-to emphasise this was with your admin and not with Liam turned up at all agreed times.

Big thanks to Paul from DynoRod Lancs.He attended quickly and was so helpful and polite.He sorced my bathroom leak which can be really hard to find,as I wasnt sure where it was leaking from,the damp appeared on my ceiling below.He crawled through the roof space and found it.Very knowledgeable plumber.

Excellent service from Dean (I think that is the correct name, apologies if not) He listened to the issues we were having and set about sorting the issue. As the house is a new build it was tricky to find which manhole was the one causing the problem. After finding the right manhole that was blocked, the job was completed very throughly and everything was explained in easy to understand terms. He gave us advice on what to do if the issue reoccurs in the future. Full drainage was restored and issue was fully resolved. While here he also helped resolve a small issue we were having with a kitchen drain. Would recommend.

Well I decided that I’d consult the professionals, being 71yo. Normally, in the past, I would have taped my arm up in a black bin bag, and wrestled the fat ball out myself! However, my age and Coronavirus, well okay let’s get Dynorod on the job.

The chap rang and I spoke a lady, all was on time; but no mention of what the price might be! They needed to see the job before pricing, well yes I understand.

Well ours must of been one of the simplest ever. Two or three plunges with his man sized posser all was flowing well. Couple of handfuls of nasties dragged out job done. No cleaning, fill in the paper work and off to the next job.

Price for 15 minutes on site - £144/- do not think I’ll be using them again. Goodness only knows what a big problem could cost.

Solved problem that had defeated others by finding leaking joint set in concrete and altering pipe work to avoid reoccurrence. Polite, cheerful and efficient operative.

Booked plumbing and drainage repair jobs. Engineer came out to assess the job. Apparently the toilet is cracked and needs replacing, I was handed their brochure for the new toilet but I told them that I would buy the new toilet from local shop, so I was promised a quote for replacing the toilet and repairing the drain which did not come through. Called a few days later and the "manager" instructed that they could not do the job and I should look at other plumbing companies!!! Wasted a week over this while water damage to my home continued. I was contemplating going for British Gas Home care cover - not anymore.

Dan Squire came to my property to fix a blocked drain.
He called in advance to advise an arrival time, was clearly knowledgeable. The issue was resolved quickly. Dan also identified the problem - roots in the drain pipe - and the further actions required to prevent the cause occurring again. This is particularly exemplary as several engineers from more than one company have been unable to identify why the blockage has been re-occurring. Thanks Dan for your assistance and efficiency.

Friendly professional engineer, although he was unable to sort out the problem on a permanent basis on the day, gave us loads of information re what needed to be done for a permanent fix. Would definitely recommend your company.

Have been a customer with British Gas Homecare for over 20 years. I didn't realise British Gas did private work. Having used Able Group Plumbing Services to install an electric shower who asked us how he should install the shower, I wish I had come to yourselves for this, as you guys did a fantastic job being left alone to do your work. Definitely use you again fantastic friendly workmen.

The drain engineer was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Arrived quickly and gave a couresty call prior to arriving.

Unsatisfactory. Sent by British Gas Home Care to repair radiator leak. Reported the problem as fixed - it wasn’t. Came back following day , couldn’t fix it.
