After being cold in my house for 10 years I called Dyno rod to sort my central heating out with a flush. Sam and Morgan came and what can I say, they didn't stop until all was perfect. Now im too hot 🔥 Brilliant can not recommend them more. Im going to add, I had other firms in and ended up, giving up, not with Dyno Rod

Leaking shower
The plumber was very polite, informative and explained everything. Although they don't replace grout he explained how it should be removed, left to air and how it should be repaired.

Had great service from Dyno-Rod and especially Ashley who carried out our repair. They arranged the appointment for the following day and turned up exactly when they said they would. It would have been easier to have pulled our kitchen units apart but Ashley worked around them and got the job done. Lovely efficient company with skilled professional staff.

Dripping shower
Jack came out for the assessment on our dripping shower. Unfortunately he did not have the part on the van. We have to wait for an email quotation and delivery date for the replacement cartridge. Jack was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time following his phone call.

Happy with service would use again
Two young guys turned up to check out my dripping tap, both friendly enough and came during the designated timeframe, but only called me 5 minutes before they turned up, would have appreciated a bit more notice, unfortunately after several attempts, the nut on the tap valve wouldn’t budge, so they weren’t able to sort it out, they told me I’d get a quote for using more advance equipment to try and sort the issue, I wasn’t charged for the assessment, now awaiting quote, happy with service would use again

I was so impressed with Dynorod
I was so impressed with Dynorod. They came exactly when they said they would, and fixed a massive underground leak. It also cost less than they quoted. They were kind, considerate and definitely went above and beyond. Would not hesitate to use them again.
