It was lovely to see a young lady in this profession we need more. She did a thorough check and concluded my pipes are blocked and needs a good flush . She explained everything she needed to do to see if there was an actual leak. Luckily there isn't but need the right team to come and unblock it for me. She contacted her office and straight away I have an appointment the next day .. hopefully I will be able to use my shower again .

I was asked to prepay 2 hours work. The work only took 30 minutes so I called back in the interest of receiving the 2nd hour as a refund. The company told me that the plumber had been at my property for nearly 2 hours (which isn’t the case at all) and are refusing to refund. They are now telling me the £180 for 2 hours was just the “price of the job” which again isn’t what I was originally told. DO NOT PREPAY anything to DynoRod! Only pay upon completion!

The engineer was knowledgeable and understood what I needed and he made the repair very quickly.
Very good service I was able to choose the dates (if not exactly the time!).
The repair looks great and functions as One would expect.
And I also have the peace of mind that it is a recognised national company

Top job - as ever not as straightforward as should have been by plumber persevered and completed satisfactorily within the estimate time allowed. Very fair charge and excellent service from initial telephone contact through to hand over. Thoroughly recommend

I will just describe the experience I had with no personal input for people to judge for themselves:
We saw some water coming from under the tiles in the kitchen. As such we contacted our emergency home protection and they arranged a visit with this plumbing company
A fellow turned up and looked briefly around and informed us that there is a leak from a pipe under the floor and that will need to be identified and the floor dug up and the pipe fixed
As such the company sent an estimate for the work needed to the insurance company
The insurance company refused to pay for the leak detection
As a result I have requested that the appointment is made and I will
Pay for the leak detection and the insurance will pay for the repair to the pipe.
I was promptly called by the plumbing company above and I was told that if the appointment is to happen I need to pay 420£ since the insurance will not cover. I did.
Another plumber came in from the same company and promptly informed me that in my type of house there are no pipes under the floor and as such the leak is coming from somewhere else and there is no need for underfloor detection
He removed the skirting under the kitchen units and he found stagnant water but no leak. He also said that this should have been done during the first visit.
I was advised to dry the water and see where and if there is a leak
Following the advice we identified the leak ourselves and this was fixed, it was a leak from the condensation pipe from the boiler.
When I contacted the company by phone the fellow at the other end, after listening to my story told me to send an email with my problem and gave me an email for a fellow who was talking in the background. I was disputing the charge of 420£ for a leak detection that was recommended but unnecessary and was not done anyway.
I have sent the email on the 20th February and no answer was received unto date
So in conclusion they identified a problem that was not there, they charged 420£ for a job that was not needed and was not done and after they ignored my concerns.

I recently had an issue with a water leak and decided to call Dyno Plumbing for help. From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed by their professionalism and prompt response. They scheduled an appointment quickly and the engineer arrived on time.

The engineer, Clive, was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly and provided a solution that was both effective and cost-efficient. Small leak on downstairs loo. Fixed by the engineer within a short time. Very polite and efficient engineer.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Came out within the hour after reporting a leak. Repaired within half an hour and very reasonably priced. I was advised by the very helpful plumber who attended on what to do to prevent it happening in future. Top company*****

What an aweful experience! After spending 8 hours waiting for Dynorod I rang customer service to be told the job had been cancelled! No one knew why. I demanded to speak to a manager who wanted me to wait another week I demanded a visit the next day. Next day the plumber arrived and said we needed a part he would get back to us. No one got back after 4 days so I rerang the manager who finally got the booking arranged. The actual plumber who did the job arrived as arranged and did a good job.
Dynorod is owned by British Gas who told us to use Dynorod. The Dynorod customer service was aweful I wouldn’t use this company again!

Clive was brilliant in finding the source of our leak - he's coming back to fix the issue next week. He's professional, friendly and helpful
