Felt over charged, as you knew the drain was blocked and after 1/2 hour of you having to go and get water and then when you came back it was all done and dusted with in 1/2 hour, didn’t like being charged for 1 1/2 hits work, also didn’t like that the engineer signed on our behalf with out asking us first.

I called Dynorod's national number yesterday to enquire about help to get rid of a smelly drain problem in part of our house. The team arrived within a couple of hours and got straight to work. They explored all possible causes and using cameras they soon found the root cause. The fix was easy and made an immediate impact on the smell...which is now totally gone. Great work and a fab result. My only niggle is that the call out charge wasn't made clear upfront...I expected one, but was only told the amount when I called back myself to double check. That said, the cost represented good value to get rid of our problem. Thank you Dynorod.

Polite and helpful young man turned up and diagnosed the issue with my drains quickly. While he was unable to make the repairs needed, he provided the information I needed quickly.

We had a badly blocked outside drain on a Sunday ! Dyno Rod came quickly and sorted it out. The guy that came was really helpful and professional. He showed us inside the pipes and what could have caused the problem. He advised us of what we might need to do prevent it happening again, due to the age of the pipes. He cleaned the pipes for us and the area around the drain. Exactly services!

Polite response from call center for emergency drain blockage

Person who came out was helpful we couldnt clear the blockage despite trying with rods and camera and they will return with two men on monday - he also put up with people having a go at him for blocking the road in a village which must be so frustrating when your there to fix an emergency on a saturday

Colin rang me to let me know he would be with me in an hour, he arrived earlier. He took a look at the blocked toilet and then told me what steps he would take to clear it. He was polite and informative. He cleared the problem in no time. Excellent customer service

We were coming to the end of a long bathroom and separate toilet refurb project and the stack was backing up writing off both the two new toilets and a shower. Colin was great in finding both the fix to restore service and looking at long term fix where a lump of limescale in stack was blocking flow.

John came to unblock our drain in pelynt,cornwall and was really good and friendly and unblocked it straight away,he was a genuine helpful nice man.

DynoRod’s Engineer Matt Dyhouse was excellent - pity we cannot give him 6 stars!! With a difficult blockage he persisted until the blockage was cleared. He then tidied up and left us as he found us. Well done Matt.
