Highly recommend Dyno-Rod and Daniel in particular. 5 stars
My toilet in my first floor maisonette bathroom got blocked up. Called a local plumber who took 48 hours to arrive, tried using a plunger but didn't clear the blockage and left unresolved.
So called Dyno-Rod who could come within 2 hours. Got a text confirmation within a minute of ending the call.
Daniel is an absolute star! He phoned me to advise he would arrive within 25 minutes. Showed him the problem and he tried to unblock from inside but that difn't work. So undaunted he said he would try from the outdoor drain which required him climbing over a neighbour's fence. Used the jet wash to try unblock. Still wouldn't unblock so then used a camera attachment to view the drain. It was then that he saw the drain was blocked with tree roots. So he then drilled a hole in the cast iron downpipe to create an inspection point which released the trapped waste to that point Then he used the jet wash to clear the blockage between the inspection point and the communal sewer.
Daniel did not give up and did everything he could to resolve the problem. Have no hesitation in recommending him and Dyno-Rod
