Seems OK payment was a little wait

You made it so easy. First time I've ever done anything like this but will certainly be doing it again.

Overall experience ok. Unfortunately let down by the length of time to issue payment. Received and tested same day but took almost 2 weeks later to pay..a lot of other recycle companies receive/test and pay on same day. Think they Need to address this issue.

At first I was recluctant to use them because Inever heard of them but I thought to giving a go as they were paying better price.
Everything started smoothly I ordered the received the delivery pack I sent my phone everything went fine they check the phone and emailed me that my phone S9 has passed the test and they will make the payment within 5 working days. Until this point everything was good but instead of 5 working days it took them 12 working days to send the payment.This is where I am bit disappointed other wise it would have been 5*
