Good service, quick and easy

The service I received was straight forward and very efficient during the Covid-19 Pandemic. It was a few clicks of buttons to enter my personal details and the condition of my phone and that was it. Once the phone was set back to factory settings it was ready to send in the envelope provided by the company. It was collected a few days later by a courier and once received by the company it was checked and processed. I was updated of the progress, and 5 days later the money was transferred to my account. Thank you very much.

Excellent service on my order no. 31793250. I had an issue which was very quickly resolved and a very quick turnaround from start to finish

It was the most competitive price on the market, the phone arrived in really good time, the response time was very quick - my only feedback would be for the email response to the testing to be more explicit in saying that I am being offered the full fee, there was nothing wrong with the phone and what date the money would expect to be in the bank.

I have still not received payment for the phone sold. However I received the packaging very quickly and received an email to say my phone was in good condition etc. But I’m still waiting for payment. I’m sure I will receive this and there must be a delay.
