Very pleasant and stress free experience with my order 31770886. Simple to place, received free post package very quickly, sent back the phone which was processed again very quickly (even during “lockdown”). To be honest I have used other companies for this type of thing before and this is the first that I haven’t had a “revised offer” for a “fault“ that I hadn’t noticed personally. They paid what they quoted, a great service and great customer service too. Thank you!
